We asked for a ground floor room which we were given. It was however a room designed for a disabled person. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet looked as if it had never been cleaned. The bathrooms was a wet room designed for a wheelchair user, however the floor was a death trap, very slippy when wet and the water didn't drain properly.

Loved this place and would stay again without hesitation. Quiet location (on a light industrial estate to almost zero overnight traffic) and close to A26. Staff were super helpful and it has a small modern restaurant area offering a limited evening meal menu. Portions were generous and it was excellent value. The buffet breakfast choice was huge and all of it good quality - including a few things normally associated with 'full english' in recognition that it's just 60 miles from Calais and a lot of Brits pass through. Rooms could do with a freshen up but everything was generally clean and worked well, apart from the bedsheets that seemed to not quite be big enough (maybe originally intended for a thinner matterss? The thick mattress was comfy though)

A cheery welcome and excellent service . Super breakfast. Like all campanile’s could do with a bit of a freshen up. Overall a most enjoyable stay and we will be back!

Another excellent stay. This hotel is very convenient when travelling between France and the UK, or to Northern France. It is comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food is very good.

It was an overnight stay on the way to the ALPs. Very comfortable but the best bit was the staff they were all helpful. Service was good in the resturant

A stay in a Campanile is so convenient for us as there is always plenty of easily accessible parking. This one is welcoming, comfortable and quiet, with very helpful staff.

A hour from Calais and just on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Arras. Host is friendly and welcoming. He speaks very good English.

We chose Campanile Arras as we have used Campanile's in the past and have always been happy not so this time, website stated there was a restaurant but on arrival we were told it does not open at the weekends. Very tired looking on the outside, extractor in the bathroom made a noise all night. No milk or bread at breakfast either !!

Spotless room and bathroom. Spacious, comfortable - and they allow dogs for a small fee. Our hotel also had a garden and outdoor patio furniture - and ice-cold beer on a scorchingly hot day! The manager warmly welcomed us and couldn’t have been more helpful - he spoke very good English and listened patiently to my poor French! Free onsite parking - it was a great stay and I would go back there.

For a small stopover hotel it was fine. Slept well ,rooms are small but very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The manager was excellent and looked after us so well. Would definitely use it again.

French hoteliers have had a hard Covid, but the owner could not have been more welcoming.

Good food, good staff, roms well out of date and refurbishment and a big rethink needed. One tea bag? Two thin cardboard cups, two towels for two people for two days? Plus! You’re the professionals, you work it out.

Hotel was convenient. Menu was very limited and food poor, responce to a complaint, waitress laughed me which was very upsetting. General attitude to us as customers was not satisfactory. Not a good start to our holiday. Very disappointing as we have used Campinalle hotels on many occasions before.
