The hotel never got my request for a handicap room, and were solc out when I arrived. The blamed Hotels.com for not forwarding the special request. I think it was the hotel's problem, but I should have followed up with a call.The staff was great. The found a plastic pool chair to put in the shower so I could sit. Not perfect, but it allowed me to not have to change hotels. The hotel has had some interior upgrades, but is due for more, especially in the bathroom. Chipped paint, dripping shower head, and door to the toilet that wouldn't close completely are examples.

Location was good, easy to get to surrounding venues. Our room wouldn't cool down and couldn't open the window.

The hotel itself was clean inside and out. The breakfast could be a little better. They served apples yogurt and waffles. Maybe add a little protein such as eggs? The staff were friendly and easy to check in. Cons: heavy population of addicts walking through the property and in the area.

Good afternoon, I am writing to inform you that today at 9am I was the victim of mistreatment by an employee. It turns out that I made a reservation for two days and paid 171.29 and then because my work in this city was extended I requested an extension and reserved another day for 100.51 to check out on the 28th. Even though I had made this reservation, the employee came to the door knocking loudly 3 times telling me that I had to leave the room because my check out is today and that I should not pay. I showed her my receipt, confirmation number, everything necessary, and she even threatened to call the police on me. I am a person who constantly rents hotels and something like this has never happened to me and such a lack of respect. I came home from working all night and that person interrupted my rest, so I think the most reasonable thing is that I be reimbursed the money for my stay.

The worse stay ever . They dirty and the staff is very rude. Complaining about a baby crying are yall serious. Homeless sleeping on stairs , drugs and animals wondering around. Not safe if you’re a woman or have a family.

The staff was great and so was the breakfast but the bedspread had lots of stains on it and so did the chair supplied by the hotel. My bed was clean but I didn't feel good about walking on the carpet in bare feet.

Very dirty motel, Poor customer service. Dirty breakfast area, Lady at front desk on her cell phone whole time, they look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. Nasty attitude. They will try everything to keep your deposit. If motel is booked, they will kick anyone out so workers can stay in the room. They will make lies up to keep your DEPOSIT

From the moment we were driving down the street to make our way to the hotel you could see homeless in the streets. When we checked in and asked the guy at the desk about safety, he said there was a lot of homeless but it was a safe hotel. Throughout our stay homeless roaming the hotel, yelling, fighting. The police even got called because of homeless disturbance. As for the staff, no hospitality ethics whatsoever. We were at the continental breakfast on our first day. Breakfast was just ending and I went over to the juice machine for some apple juice. The cleaning lady on duty was so rude. Letting me know breakfast hours were over but with an upset attitude. As soon as she came in to the kitchen area she was slamming the AC lids, making all kind of noise in her way to let us know it was after hours and we should leave. I reported it to the front desk as I walked out and let them know I felt disrespected. We refrained ourselves from going to breakfast after that. Check out was even worse. 30 minutes prior to check out time I get a rude call from the receptionist wanting to know if we were checking out or extending our stay. Which I have never been called to ask that. Once at the reception the lady was so rude, not polite, never smiled, never asked how are stay was and when I asked for a receipt, she rudely handed it to me without saying thank you staying with us, nothing. I felt upset that as a guest I had been treated this way. Never again will I be staying here.
