They wanted passports, address, email, phone - every piece of detail imaginable for a one night stay. Then they kept my drivers license and credit card for nearly an hour so they could process it all. This needs to improve!!

It appeared that a couple of the younger staff members weren’t that bothered. The more experienced staff members were really good and accommodating. Very friendly.
Food was excellent. Great choices.

The menu has changed. They made the most beautiful mash and its now gone. Please consider bringing it back and also review the consistency of the red wine jus its just not the same as it was on my last visit. Otherwise as usual a great place to stay !!!
