The property is in a convenient spot within the.village. Although some of.the ameneties were dated the property was very clean and sanitized for Covid. The owner was very helpful and available for questions at anytime. She provided amenities that made our stay very comfortable, including: espresso machine, fruit and pastries, glasses and dishes, bottled water, and wine (for purchase).

Fulvia is a great host. She communicated well...in english too! Arranged our parking, found us when we were lost, and treated us very kindly. She has an amazing coffee maker...press buttons picturing what you want. It worked flawlessly. All in all a lovely stay and a good value.

Nice rooms. Very good bed and beautiful pillowcases etc. There was a kitchen where there was breakfrest. The owner (cant remember her name right now. Sorry!!) Was very nice and welcoming.

This is a great little place! The location is excellent....right on the main shopping street of this beautiful town. Our room was large and comfortable with the amenities we needed. Historic surroundings do require some compromises - you do need to climb stairs to get to any room and the parking is a distance away although you can park nearby to unload. Our hostess was available most of the day as she also ran the wine store downstairs and was happy to suggest restaurants and make reservations. Breakfast is the usual small buffet - coffee and tea was available at all hours.

It was an amazing stay. The owner was charming, helpful and welcoming. The place itself is amazing. Beautiful, full of character and comfortable. The town is also beautiful.

Montalcino is a great little village with amazing views and even better vino. B&B is a 4 room place with a decent free breakfast offered. B&B is located on one of the main town streets so perfect access to local shops and restaurants but can be a little loud in the mornings. All in all a great place that is associated with a local winery and the owners can arrange a tour if would like.

Cozy B&B in the heart of the town. Great location and easy to find. Room was generous in size and bathroom was clean and decent sized.

Warm, inviting experience with the best bed in the best room of our trip. The owners went well out of their way to make us comfortable. Fulvia even drove us in her own car to her family's vineyard to give us a tour. We bought as much of their fantastic wine as we could transport and hope to order more from home upon our return. Breakfast was marvellous and the location fantastic. If you have a chance to stay here, take it.
