Many stays I tolerated their noisy old Air Con, cement frame-beds, walls painted over and over ...all in rooms so cheap they allow pets (gotta attract guests somehow). I am fan of Security (Mark) and front desk (Ilene). But this trip, like the reviews on Google Maps say 'You will get tired of waiting for waitresses' and I DID....AND last night a new waitress, make a RUDE statement about the age of myself-wife-mother-n-law all while they are table. WHAT! WHO the heck is she to insult me/a guest..is she my friend? a relative?! Grr. Checking out, I chat manager about that insult to me; his smug replay "well she didn't mean it" WHAT?! ...he doesn't say 'sorry sir' or '"I'll talk to her." instead talks me down.He..Hotelers so MANY better hotels on Olongapo Beach; as in By the Sea, C-Cove and the new (& amazing) Central Park Resort. I'll never go back to Treasure Insult Hotel again, signed, ' bodyguard.inc @ yahoo.com ' (ps. wait> I'm sure the manager will alibi his unprofessional below)

(get it?) ;-) 5-Star items: Staff (especially day guard), Mngr always on grounds, Food (perfect Patty Melt, Onion Rings,Omelet-20 styles!), parking..... 4.5 star pool.....4-star room (although I like cable package, high TV, and LOVE high mounted fan (rare ZZZzzz). Beach is 3-stars as public beach = vendors. 2019, 10-trips Olongapo, EIGHT were to THIS hotel!

This is a hotel trap! DO NOT BOOK on this hotel. Made the mistake of booking here thinking you get what you pay for. For $85/night, I was expecting a somewhat decent hotel. Nope! Biggest mistake. If you want to surround your family with expats and their local consorts, this is your place. The place is so small and their beach access is ridiculous! Their photos are misleading. Be warned! Also, no refunds for cancellation! Total rip-off! Never, never, never again!

Great staff, very friendly. Room very basic for too much money. No toiletries, tea coffee, wardrobe or storage. Clothes in the case for a week. Staff brill work hard but place needs a lot of money spent on it to improve.

On beach, nice bar area, TV didn’t work in first room so they moved me to another one.

Shower is not working properly. Hallway is not safe specially when its wet.

Cheap place to stay for 1 night. I would stay here again. Place is old and outdated.

The positive was the aircon worked and my Filipino breakfast was good, the rest was under par even by Philippine standard, a worker did say the hotel was recently under new ownership with my be the cause of such poor service, the WiFi never worked,the restaurant was advertised as 24 hour and was closed , when I asked for even a bag of chips it was an complete inconvenience, the room amenities were lacking ,the bed was very worn out, just an overall poor experience even taking into account being in the Philippines you have to lower expectations. I will not be returning to this hotel on the future.

Doesn’t matter....Treasure Island insist they have no affiliation with Wotif!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The booking was an error from the beginning and YOU refused to accknowledge or refund my money!!!!

As of more than a year ago the wifi was ok, thenit got worse. Next time, it was worse. Now they say, sometimes it doesnt work upstairs, but always does in the restaurant area. The truth is it never works anywhere. To get wifi i had to go eat in neighboring establishments.

Enjoyed my stay, excellent pool area, friendly staff and right on the beach. The only down side , i had to leave.
