Our stay at the Radisson was really disappointing. While there were some minor issues like the room was stinking when we went in, there a few major issues 1) The floor was very very slippery and the rug didn't cover the whole area, so we fell/almost fell multiple times 2) The base of our Kettle in our room was FILLED with Fungus.
When I then called to inform them, there was no apology from the manager, and he was just like: we'll change your room if thats what you want. I was really frustrated with his answer.
The front desk staff and the service staff were courteous and nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

It was ok. A large property and I felt like I was the only one there. Service is friendly but slow. It’s a bit of a walk to the Mall Rd - but the shuttle is handy. No gym/fitness centre and the pool is isn’t heated. Overall an OK stay. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t bad

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They would always greet you with a smile. For me it was time well spent. The free shuttle service to the Mall Road was cherry on the cake.

It was very conveniently located for my purpose. My room was nice and had a fabulous view. The food in the cafe was also very nice with excellent service. The only downside of staying there was getting around to my room or lobby, having to use two elevators, etc. A little confusing but it worked out overall.

Great staff! Chief chef Joginder was excellent! He checked on us frequently to ensure we were OK ! Great buffet with variety! We requested Tea at 3 am on 18 th June - The staff ensured we get that ! Will definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Radisson, Shimla. only sore point was AC/Heating system in the rooms which was on Heating mode with temp in the room going up to 26 degrees and making it very uncomfortable while sleeping. this was the case in both the rooms we had booked. Otherwise all the other areas hotel was very comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff.
The bakery downstairs was good too. Good views all throughout the hotel.
I stayed in the junior suite it was very nice.
The only problem we faced was that rollaway bed was extremely uncomfortable.

It was a very comfortable stay. Me and my wife went to celebrate our anniversary and they did everything possible to make sure it was a memorable one. Will definitely recommend it to others. Great location also.
