The assigned parking was poor. The beds were very worn out. I had a ridge of springs that I had to avoid. Very uncomfortable. Will not stay again. AC was not thermostat controlled so I had to get up during the night to turn it off and back on a few hours later.

We liked the upper floor rooms with the balcony across the whole front to sit out on and enjoy the greenery view and cool breeze on the very hot day.

It's a typical small town hotel, but the customer service was above and beyond! The young lady was polite and friendly which makes me feel like home. Thanks for your service and help! 😃😃

The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. A nice touch was my dad was in the hospital and I needed an office chair with wheels to get them around and the manager located. They were no longer using and they wouldn’t let me pay for it. It was such aThe staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. It was sufficient for a passing through motel. It would have been nice to have access to the ice machine outside of office hours. Lots of eating locations nearby. Some of the caulking in the bathroom needed replacement.

Walking in the office, the strong perfume odor knocked my husband with allergies a headache and nose stuff. The front desk person never said 'hi' or smiled, we did not feel welcomed. Though the room appeared clean, it was in dire need of deep cleaning. We walked into it and it was stuffy and stale, we opened all of the windows, Fan, Ac and left for dinner to let it air out. At 4 am my husband couldn't breathe anymore in that room, so had to go sleep in the car. I woke up and we packed up and left by 5 am when we normally sleep until 9 am. We won't be back or refer friends to this place in need of deep cleaning.
