Nice relaxing stay. Check was wonderful was not rushed in any way. Most relaxing stay I’ve had. The lady at the front was wonderful, we arrived late at night and she was very accommodating, and the rates we fair and affordable.

Nothing. We couldn’t stay.

Made a reservation and called ahead to let them know we were very late but still needing to stay. They were closed when we arrived, and wouldn’t answer our calls. The after hours number kept hanging up on us.

All the towels and facilities are old. Body and hair gels not in good quality

There was nothing that we liked at the Motel, location was not well kept, old furniture outside our room and the garbage skip was overflowing

There was noting in the room except a bed and 2 wooden chairs and a table. No fridge, no coffe pot or kettle. We had to ask for a kettle. No plug in bathroom, no hairdryer and the towels were grey and supposed to be white and thin.we did not use the shower. We paid 130.00 for the night and asked for a refund but nothing from Booking .com or the Motel. I would not recommend this place to anyone

there were no chairs in the room. pillows were very bad. the only accessible electrical outlet had had a fire - black and melted. the toilet stopped flushing.

No one came to the front desk to meet me but I saw my visa receipt on the counter with #5 written on it, beside a key. after waiting a fairly long time and calling out, I took the key to go see if it for room #5. I took one look in the room and left the premises. drove 2 hours more and found a clean, comfortable place to stay.

The room smelled like smoke, the bed looked like a glorified army cot with a thin beaten down mattress. it was poorly lit so I couldn’t tell if it was clean or not. I didn’t bother looking in the bathroom.

The manager called me before my arrival and told me many of the rooms were occupied by local residents and contractor and wanted to know if I was OK with that. I thought that was very considerate of her. I was there over night.

Garbage and junk all around the property. Blood spatter on the ceiling of the room from iv drug users. Someone knocked on our door at 10pm at night looking for "Tina". My family was quite nervous to stay in this hotel.

Proper pillow cases. Better cleaning. Clean up and maintain the property. It looks like hoarders live there!

We just needed a place to stay for the night as we travel from AB to BC. It also have room amenities like fridge, microwave and electric stove. Staff was accommodating and even called us to double check if the room would be okay for what we need.

The room smells like smoke. No soap was provided so we used shampoo sachet to wash our hands.
