The manager was very good at understanding that something you have to change your reservation part way through your stay and had absolutely no problem in changing it. Other hotels owners and managers should learn from this

Clean, comfortable, close to shopping and grocery store for snacks, etc. Pool with water slide and hot tub were great, breakfast was very nice with a pancake maker, a couple hot items like eggs and sausages along with the usual toast, yogurt and cereals, etc. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

The quality of the included breakfast left much to be desired. Only a couple of gluten free options available (bread which had to be requested for toast) and cereal. No eggs. Very limited selection.

Property is very good BUT price was MUCH higher booking with expedia and I booked two rooms almost 8 months ahead of time - difference of $50 per room per night

The property was clean and the pool was nice. The toilet was clogged upon check in and the alarm was set to 6am which was a huge inconvenience after a long day before.

Have stayed at this property before and quite like it, but paid for an upgrade this time (3 double beds) and quite disappointed that the pool, one elevator and ice machine were broken down.
Nice to have the option to use the pool at the sister hotel across the way, but definitely not worth the over $100 upgrade for an extra small bed.
