Excellent host,Donna.Excellent breakfast (she rotates 5 different breakfasts).Excellent location easy to get too from the airport Built in 1865 therefore slated ceilings in bedrooms( watch your head,)needs small refig in bedrooms

This is a lovely house, in a nice part of Charlottetown. Donna, the owner is a gracious host, and the breakfasts she provided were fabulous. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but our bed, while comfortable was very bouncy. You couldn't rollover without disturbing your partner. The bathroom was functional, but could use a bit of a makeover. It was a big step into the shower tub.
Charlottetown is grossly overpriced, but given that, Dawson House while no bargain, is fairly priced.

Excellent breakfast! Over the top cleanliness of room and the entire home. Very friendly owner. Loved the fact that she sat in during breakfast and socialized with guests. Perfect location, walkable to town and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Dawson House

Our stay was wonderful. Donna was a kind,caring,knowledgeable host. She made you feel so comfortable in her home. The home was beautiful. The grounds were so nice for sitting . The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing each day. It is a short 15 minute walk into town. The area is very pretty. Coffee,tea,water available each day. She also has something sweet for nibbling. I definitely would recommend this bed and breakfast in Charlottetown, PEI.

The entire property was exquisitely maintained, and we had the good fortune of sharing breakfast with two ladies from the Boston area, where conversation and laughs were encouraged. We cannot praise this B&B highly enough, as we did not want to leave. We will be back again - no question.
