We really enjoyed our stay here, we had the family suite and my kids and granddaughter really enjoyed the bunk bed. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast were really good and changes everyday, there’s always tricycle available which is so convenient. They have the kiddie pool, and 2 infinity pools one of them have the bar, so awesome. Well maintained, please keep up the excellent job! Kudos to all the staff and management

A nice hotel with friendly personal. The breakfast is perfect. The only point which could be better, is the quality of the water in the lower pool (looks green).

The property is one of the rare modern building in Coron. Service at the Resort is top notch. Being in an island is not easy but even indoor is very damp. Pool area always smell of sewage. Addressing this will move them to the best!

The staff at Zuri Resort are exceptional. The employees went above and beyond in all aspects of their service. They anticipate their customers’ needs and promptly delivers service. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I was delayed but the rest of my party had arrived, the resort allowed them to check in at my request and were taken care of decreasing my stress of traveling. Once I arrived I was well taken care of and enjoyed the facilities and views. Breakfast was delicious and the variety amazing. I cant wait to book another stay in the future.

My husband is a paraplegic so we needed a wheelchair accessible room. There was only one accessible room on the property. It had bars in the bathroom for people that had difficulty walking or standing but was not sufficient for someone who could not walk at all. The shower was not a roll in and we had difficulty maneuvering the shower with the door. Staff tried to work with us by removing the door and making a ramp to go over the door rail of the shower. They were really trying their best to accomodate us. There needs to be ways for someone in a wheelchair to navigate the stairways to the facilities like the spa and pools. Once again, staff was great in assisting him by carrying him and his wheelchair up and down the stairs. Aside from that, our stay was great and services were awesome.

Great customer service from every staff in Zuri Resort. Clean and Good condition rooms. Cons: Non-Potable water. Ocean water shower and faucet. Salt water not good for the body i.e. skin and hair.

Don't stay here if you want a quiet holiday, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and i mean everything your neighbors are doing! Doors slammimg the bed shakes, people in the halls talking echo so loud it was like they were in your room. They have music playing under your window from the pool area that you can't get away from and thats just to name a few things. Food isn't very nice and its over priced along with the drinks compared to anywhere else in Coron. Our shower was blocked and overflowing asked twice for it to be fixed, never happened, moved room, shower worked fine. Towels were old and falling apart and nearly see through, lamps broken, i could go on. On a positive note most of the staff were helpful and friendly and it looks good from the outside.

Food was excellent. Staff was even better. View was very nice. Only criticism is the Wi-Fi. In and out frequently. Be sure to request a 72 hour voucher for the Wi-Fi. Without a voucher the Wi-Fi is horrendous. I know it’s poor Wi-Fi on the island. Zuri gets Wi-Fi from Singapore, which is a necessary evil in Coron I’m afraid.
