The location and price point were nice, however it smelled of cigarette/weed smoke pretty much our entire stay. The room was dirty with a broken lamp. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. I don't ever expect much from a hotel breakfast but this one was undesirable and we ended up going out for breakfast the following morning.

I was charged taxes of $20.05 when I checked out. When I reserved room I paid taxes. Why am I charged taxes twice? My confirmation number is 87900986.
If I do not receive a refund for these taxes, I will never use your services again and will tell everyone I know to not use your service due to not honoring our agreement.

Not very clean. Carpet dirty. Noted several bugs in room.

This was a 4-day stay. We were locked out of our room on the second night. They though we were only 2-day stay.
No room service. Bathroom moldy. Poorly run hotel.

front desk person was not so good. hidden fees not mentioned until we got there. Has to wait 10 minutes before we saw anyone. All types of extra fees. one dog was as much cost as a person. Non apologetic also form front desk. Next time, I will NOT be-staying here. If fees were revealed and perosn at front desk was more friendly, slightly higher rating would be posted here. Too expensive over all….

No one cleaned my room and room just felt dirty. Ac was making weird noise. Couldn’t sleep because of that.

Disappointing for the cost. Had a resent stay at a DoubleTree, also by Hilton, for much less, but it was much more comfortable and more welcoming.

Terry needs customer service training. He finally admitted hotel has bed bugs after I kept questioning about it. Room was smelly. Found somewhere else to stay.

The front area doesn’t have a pleasant smell and the shower in our room created a pond everytime we showered. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the breakfast was very good and kitchen staff made sure there was plenty food and kept the kitchen clean. We did have a problem with our bathtub water draining slow but brought it to the attention of front desk and said they would fix it and when came back in later that evening all was well. This hotel is a really nice hotel to stay at. although it was little out, but it an easy commute to all we want to do and we will stay again. Thank you for a nice stay.

Hotel is not up to Hampton Inn expectations. Needs to be updated, painted and cleaned. This hotel should be removed from Expedia's listings!

Nice, comfortable, relaxing place, had to ask for towel change, the room layout was odd, the bed was poorly positioned in reference to the TV, one one chair in the room, which left anyone else standing on sitting on the bed. Overall it was a nice stay, great pool, workout room, and location to the local area.
