Too noisy room, got to have the air condition on to

Have stayed here several times when traveling between San Diego and Salado. Always outstanding service and condition of hotel. One point this trip is that the shower did not function as it should.

For the price of the room was high and no mirror in restroom 280 bucks a night on a Monday wife had booked hote . Would have been nice to have a mirror in restroom instead of wiring and fixture only room was clean and comfortable and breakfast amazing

Our stay was very relaxing! The beds are very comfortable! Loved the king sz suite!😍Theres many restaurants close by Logan's, Outback Steakhouse, Taco Cabana just to name a few and stores as well! Ill definitely be booking when we come back again!

Free breakfast good. Parking was free and convenient. Staff helpful. Quiet. Easy access from interstate. Lots of restaurants around hotel.

This is your basic Holiday Inn Express. It had the typical thin towels and only 2, empty Kleenex box, etc. it was very clean and quiet.

The staff member that checked me in was sweet and welcoming. The day of check out I walked out of my door to find my “receipt” on the floor outside my door. With my full name and address, not sure why. When I tried to ask the front desk he was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me along with other customers waiting. At check out time nobody was anywhere to be found. Area was convenient, the room was decent, but I don’t suggest staying here.

Fairly easy access from I-10 (east or west). Arrived at the location about 8:30pm. No one was present at the lobby desk (sign on counter said "Will return shortly"). Waited approximately 15 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. Check in was okay. The room was large and fairly well appointed, however it did have an odd smell when we firstwalkedin. .. (couldn't pin-point exactly what it was). Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was okay, but the sliding glass shower doors were messed-up (badly out of adjustment), and were dragging on the frame, and required a lot of effort to open & close (and would not close fully). I expected better from Holiday Inn, particularly at >$200 per night. The issues were brought to tbe attention of the desk clerk upon check-out. We only stayed one night, traveling through El Paso, on our way home to central Texas.
