Hotel was located at a great location about 2 blocks from Plaza de España. It was very quiet to sleep at night, had great bed and breakfast. The bathroom was a little outdated with an old bathtub/shower combination and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. I would stay at this hotel again.

Suites Viena is in a great location, being close to the main shopping areas, and to the Hop on Hop Off bust pickup points, and close if you are taking day tours of Madrid.

Suites VIENA is a great hotel in a really good location from where you are able to walk to many interesting locations. The breakfast is very good - nice staff, and the reception staff is very helpful.

Good location for sightseeing, everything walkable. Food / cafes nearby. Short walk for shopping. Breakfast good, fruit, toast, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, tomatoes, bread rolls, juice, tea, coffee. Room clean and comfortable.

Suites were centrally located, with easy 10-15min walk to most sites and main shopping district. Room was reasonable size and serviced daily. Buffet breakfast was ok with reasonable selection, however did not vary the entire 4 days we were there; would be nice to have a bit more variety.

Very friendly staff, Paco is super helpful in the reception, excellent location and great breakfast options. If you want to be close to everything without the hassle, this is a great option to consider while visiting Madrid!

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The environment was very much quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable, very clean and well-lighted. Also, the hotel is very closed to the main shopping street, theatres, and many restaurants. I would surely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place. All the staff went beyond their ways to help us out. Even packed a breakfast for us when we were leaving early. There was a damp problem in the room we were. The room was having a musty smell whenever we went in and it will go away either after opening the window or starting the AC

We had a problem with the registration that was later solved after wanting to talk to the desk supervisor. The person in charge of checking during the day was not a people person nor did he want to solve the problem that we had with noise. Other than that, our stay was delightful, quiet with a delicious breakfast and just the way we remembered from our last stay in 2017. we will most probably continue to come to Suites Viena.
