Thank goodness they stopped charging for parking. That was crazy. Breakfast is okay. Lobby ceiling needs some repair. There are cracks in the corners and some water dripped on me.

An excellent choice for a handicap accessible room. The shower is a roll-in and the room has plenty of space. Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed there many times.

Reservation was made months in advance. First verbal interaction with booking agent was that I was part of the United States Naval Academy class of 1974 50th Reunion, and was to book under that special group rate. I was not given that rate and charged $314,00 per night that weekend ! No adjustment and no compensation. Highly dissatisfied. Even at that rate, our room was not serviced for two days. No new towels or linens, no trash emptied, and no wiping of surfaces or restocking of snack and drinks !

Our air conditioner was not cooling and we called it in and nobody came and nothing was done and front desk was no help at all. Checked out and was expecting a discount or something but not a good experience there.

The 2 rooms i booked WERE NOT CLEAN! The beds were not changed, crumbs in beds, floors not vacuumed. Worse conditions that I have ever had. Neighbors above us extremely noisy and had to ask for them to quiet down. That was a mistake, noise got worse. Someone needs to look into the cleanliness of this establishment.

Bathrooms are out of date. Still have a bathtub to climb over for a shower, complete with shower curtain. Also, grab bars should be in shower.

Very dated property, clean pool. My room did not get cleaned each day or I did not get asked if I needed any clean towels.

Check in time was at 3, at 3 was told wait ten minutes no rooms ready at 3:10 was told another ten minutes at almost 3:40 still no rooms and had to leave for a wedding at 4 so was unable to check in until after
