This hotel is nice but a little pricey for the location. The big issue we had is they advertise food service in the room from what appears to be their restaurant. We ordered dinner for pick up and when we went to the lobby they told us the restaurant was closed. We cancelled the order online but we were still charged and told via email there was no refund. The hotel lobby staff would not help. Not sure how this restaurant is affiliated with the hotel but it is just not the way to treat guests.

The hotel is located close to Massy palaiseau train station which is very good to get to Paris or CDG airport.
Our apartment was spacious enough for family of four and it was clean enough.
Cons:
We got there after 3pm, and we were told to wait as our room wasn't ready, we waited for like an hour and half after finally checking in, we got to the room and the cleaner was still cleaning.
Air-conditioned doesn’t work, so hot in the room. Very uncomfortable and disappointing.

Felt the property didn’t match the photos but it’s was adequate none the less. It was an emergency stay due to a flight cancellation so we were grateful none the less. Got an Uber easily enough and there is a train station very nearby.

They children loved it !! For a 4 star they need to fix the wardrobe very difficult to open it , also the room card keeps on stoped working it was frustrating and one one staff trying to blame me that I have been mixing it with my phone. Other wise other staff was very nice.

I liked the general cleaniliness, hospitable staff, very friendly but the communication about charges for me and my wife's breakfast wasnt clear. I ended up having to spend extra money i was not prepared for. The breakfast charges should be included on the daily price.

Our check in process was good until this morning when we realized we were told incorrect information about breakfast. We were told it was at a restaurant around the corner and even given a paper about it. Restaurants serving breakfast in Paris open at 9. We went down to eat at 10:30 to find that breakfast here is from 6:30 to 9:30 IN the hotel. We missed it and we paid extra for it - $70 USD! The front desk was no help at all and completely unsympathetic to their own errors that caused us loss.

The man at reception was rude to my daughter and told her off for taping her nails on the counter, he did it in a rude manner.
The pool and jacuzzi were freezing, the sauna was just warm, not hot. So disappointing as we booked this place specifically for that.
