Traveled from Kas to this hotel. Was looking forward to relaxing. Staff was rude Upton arrival and seemed like an issue we were even here

Everything outside of the actual rooms is great. The pool, lobby, breakfast area, the gardens are all perfect. However, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite dated. Also had trouble connecting to WiFi in the room, but was fine around the property

the place is nice. unfortunately room with very small bathroom, found dirty. I asked to change it but I would have had to pay double what I had already paid. It's far from the beach. The restaurant does not carry room service. Nice bar, open until 1.00am

Amazing hotel in the heart of Oludeniz. So beautiful design in Boho style. So big swimming pools. I have only breakfasts included and it was nice. Very nice location , to the sea just 7-10 min by walk. I enjoyed my holiday and I highly recommend it to my friends !

Hotel itself is very nice. Environment is tropical and there are many birds around. But the rooms are mediocre at best.

Amazing hotel! One of the most beautiful we ever been too. Super friendly and helpful staff members, very tasty food. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone who want to stay in Oludeniz!

the hotel located in quite area and walkable distance from the downtown. there is a bad thing in the hotel as it does not has LIFT, and our room located second floor at the end of the hotel, we have to walk a lot and is has a lot of stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early, our room wasn’t completely clean - the floor was a little dirty - but it was still comfortable and cosy. We had a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioner was great! Not negative points, but still wanted to make a few comments. There only seemed to be Wi-Fi near the pool area. The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people, we had to wait for a table to become available and then the food had nearly run out. Good selection but there was only a little bit of food left. You aren’t able to use the Turkish Hannah room or sauna for free which is a little strange as most hotels allow you to use them. I asked for an iced latte and was charged 100tl even though in the menu it said 50tl for a latte. Little things that don’t really matter but I won’t forget them. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo.

The hotel owner - Bayram and Hotel Manager - Hakim are so friendly, accommodating and hospitable nothing was too much effort and they made our stay as comfortable as possible! Bar Manager Serkan also gets a special mention along with the rest of the bar crew for their outstanding service… No issues whatsoever in getting a sun bed at any time of day, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and has many different options including an on site chef cooking your eggs to your exact liking.

Concierge at reception didn't have a clue about local area and was strange in fact he would mention how to get to pools we were not permitted to go to as we werent premium customer/which was not advertised.

There is only one thing is beautiful about this hotel which is the entrance. Other than that, everything is terrible and no refund available. Don’t book here if you have average expectations, if you have low-life expectations this is absolutely for you. Staffs are the worst workers I have experienced in my life. They don’t even say welcome or hi or how are you. They think we are tourists, so they talk about us impolite in front of us without any hesitations during check-in. That was the worst part. Hotel is almost empty and wherever you walk, staffs are looking at you non-stop(housekeeping-chefs-workers). This is freaky. Room is dirty at least our room was dirty. There did not provide any blanket or something to cover our body while sleeping. Terrible. Oh also, while we checking-in, we were told bunch of rules like DON’T’s such as don’t do this don’t do that. One of them was don’t take our hotel towel to the beach. Don’t use that pool. I was like is this a vacation or army?!? Not even funny. Anyways, it is up to YOU. If it’s up to me, I’d wouldn’t even spend my penny or dime in here.
