Great location in the heart of Verona.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged a private winery tour and transportation for us with ease. They also helped us with dinner reservations. What a great staff!

what a great last minute find. We originally book to stay at an offsite apartment of the hotel but went to wrong location. They were able to switch the accomodations and so convenient to everything. Super friendly staff. The view from roof top bar was amazing for late night drink or two! cant say enough about service and comfort of the room.. My wife is a light sleeper and slept through the night without waking up once 12pm check out is hard ro find and great for train hopping travelers like us.

We stayed at Hotel Milano apartments which is about 15 minutes walk from the main hotel. The apartments are really clean, beds are comfortable and they are equipped with everything you could need. The maids attended the apartment everyday and left it spotless. We had breakfast in the hotel and the selection of food on offer was excellent. Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly, they really made our stay special.

The staff was so over the top helpful, gracious and accomodating. I had a knee injury so they gave us longer in hot tub and always checked how they could assist.
The breakfast was so fantastic. The room was refreshing and comfortable. Very clean. In all areas the theme was in excelling expectations.

Amazing. 50m from Arena di Verona. Staff were amazing. Right from arrival by hire car, helped ensure our car was registered on the city ‘car zone’ so we didn’t get fined, all rooms get 15 min slot for the rooftop jacuzzi - where else can you enjoy a jacuzzi 50m from a world heritage site view!). Rooms excellent. On departure, the staff allowed us to store our luggage safely and then, organised the taxi for us to get to the station on time. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was so incredibly friendly! That’s always so appreciated when you’ve been traveling all day. Everything was very convenient and clean. Rooftop bar is absolutely gorgeous!

The staff here were very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean. The rooftop restaurant has a really nice view. Location is central but quiet.

Nice hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was lovely.
Shower leaked and was a little mouldy in places, but the leak dealt with very quickly and new towels provided. The room itself was very clean. Excellent location and roof top bar - would recommended.
