Great hotel with fantastic location. Staff is super nice and they all speak very good English. Maryna Rabchevska Was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay superb for us and the kids. Highly recommended if you are looking for a safe convenient location right close to all the attractions.

This is an excellently situated hotel with friendly staff and nice, big rooms. My only complaint is the AC didn’t work properly which would make it quite uncomfortable in Summer

Was so-so. Location was good, room was good size. Hotel is a little dated but everything still works.
Housekeeping is a hit and miss - some days very clean, new cups provided, tea bags refilled, certain days cups weren't replaced or washed, certain sections of sink weren't cleaned

Hotel is near the old city of Salzburg. Rooms varies in sizes and we booked the larger room. Prize is slightly higher but OK. Hotel was too hot. The heating was on it's highest. Had to sleep with the window open to let the temperature be bearable. We will book again if we visit Salzburg.

Happy with our 4 day stay. It is licted on a semi busy street right at the base of the lesser fotress that overlooks old town. A quick.walk through a well lit tunnel and you are.in old town. Staff was excellent and friendly
