Great hotel. However, we were one of 3 couples in the hotel at the time so the staff was mostly not there (not needed during winter season). A couple of light bulbs were defective and the toilet float was sticking -- both very minor issues which would most surely have been handled prior to our coming had there been a more normal level of guests staying at the hotel. When I mentioned these issues they were fixed very quickly so I still give an overall review of excellent. There were a few less options in breakfast and one item was a bit stale but, again, this is during very low season so there are few people coming through and it doesn't make a lot of sense to spend a lot of $ making the breakfast perfect. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. My wife and I really liked our stay. There were just a few understandable problems. I'd stay there again.,

Oh, this is a beautiful hotel. The interior design is tastefully western culture. The front desk staff, both evening and morning were so friendly and courteous. Breakfast was in a wonderful area and the choice of breakfast items was extensive. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and good customer service. 24 hour fitness room and pool area is a big plus. The free breakfast buffet was the only disappointment.

Drapes in room did not work. For a very expensive hotel, accommodations were average, breakfast was below average, room furnishings nice but view was horrible.

This is a beautiful hotel…beautiful lobby and facilities. Our room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good . Everything was excellent except one thing…..the carpet in the hallway and elevator was filthy.

This property was lovely. The welcome team was a bit curt but nice enough. First room they gave us the bed was a foot and a half from the ground. They moved us to a different room and it was lovely. Great view of the woods which was in back of the hotel. Over all nice place

We had a very nice pet friendly room that had a patio with sitting area and easy access to doggie area. The hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly.
For me, the bed was not as comfortable as we like, but that's just our personal preference. Breakfast had a lot of choices and they served until 11:00 which was nice that we didn't feel rushed to get there.
We would definitely stay there again.
