Tarek and the rest of the staff at the Harmony hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe as war broke out in Israel. Under conditions like that you become like family in a matter of days. The staff fed us, reassured us and looked after us like we were their flock. I am very grateful that our VRBO fell through so that we had the staff and other guests at the Harmony hotel to commiserate with. Charming hotel in a fabulous location! I highly recommend!!

Under conditions like that you become like family in a matter of days. The staff fed us, reassured us and looked after us like we were their flock. The hotel staff is delightful, the breakfast option is excellent, the lobby area is very nice.
The beds are a bit short, if you are over 6'3" your feet may hang if lying completely straight. The bedrooms are a bit tired, but clean. We would stay here again

The Harmony Hotel is in the perfect location in Jerusalem. It is a short walk to the Jaffa Gate in one direction and the Jaffa Street tram in the other. Our room was not fancy, but it was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Harmony includes a free happy hour each evening (except Shabbat) with delicious appetizers like dolmas, cold pasta and fresh fruit. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Harmony Hotel is in a great location and nice management 👌 We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour! But the room was tiny to share twin beds! The floor was filthy and felt very unclean! Low level furnishings in room and not much shelf area for personal items. Thanks.

The property is very run down, room are in need of a LTC.
Carpets are dirty and rooms are not very clean.
The lobby is nice but that’s about it, breakfast is bad and really pricey. Staff if ok.
