We completely enjoyed our stay at the Westin Cozumel! The room was very comfortable and the view of the water from our 9th floor balcony was fabulous!
The grounds and beach were lovely. We enjoyed both pools and there were plenty of lawnchairs. The service around the hotel was fantastic, everyone was happy helpful and accomodating! Shout out to Randy and Maria - such great staff! We plan to return soon.

Nice hotel, with its own private cove and beach with good snorkeling just off the beach. Nice pool too and the fine dining restaurant seemed good, though we only ate there once. The free breakfast option is a pretty good choice, with the restaurant for that right on the water. Nice rooms that all face the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

I first booked 3 nights and then another 4 nights because we loved the position of the hotel. We visited a few other hotels while we were to compare and found the Westin Cozumel best suited for our needs as a couple. The beach area is perfect and the restaurant right on the waters edge offers a great buffet breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and the room was cleaned nicely everyday. Pro dive operate from here also if you into scuba diving which I am. There are also canoes to use and the house reef is great for snorkeling. Mask and snorkel is provided.
Fiesta car rental are also at the hotel should you need a vehicle which I recommend if you want to cruise around the island. Check out my drone footage of the hotel on instagram @dominicsymesusa

This property is excellent. We have been here several times and it is definitely our favorite place to stay on the island. It is clean and quite and the beds are FANTASTIC! It always smells great too. The staff knows you by name on the second day. The meals are very good. Margarita is our favorite staff member. She is always smiling and is very friendly. We will be back!!

Super friendly staff, they were very receptive to our needs. In addition we had farewell cake in the last meal at the restaurant. You can't go wrong with this one.

Enjoy the beach area and snorkeling . Beautiful sea life . The pool on the roof for adults was amazing refreshing and very clean and quiet . Will be back 2 nd time staying here . Friendly staff also .

Pros: Nice beach with snorkeling ability
Cons: Lacks entertainment, service delays (there were only two other people in the restaurant and took almost an hour to get our food) and good luck with ordering room service (takes 2 hours), room was cleaned once during our stay which left us with no towels, towel shortages, not enough beach umbrellas, and food quality is not the greatest for the high prices charged.

Yes, we were really dissapointed in the food this time around, the only thing good was Breakfast, the Main indoor eating area was only open every other night, they must have a new chef with different thoughts than ours on what choices there was to pick from.

Hotel looks big but is not .. perfect place if you want a kind of quiet hotel… service is super good with small private beach but enough and nice.. all people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.. very clean .. service at the restaurants are unique, everyone friendly, best Omelettes are made by Cinthia and Diana is the best at the restaurant close to the beach.. if you want a good service in the pool area and the beach Alexander and Vicky are THE BEST !! I wish the pools stay available longer.. Fully recommended hotel

They have you eat inside one night and the next night the outside restaurant, however the menu doesn’t change at either location. When you stay for 10 days that’s a big issue. One of our friends was extremely ill after eating one night. They also have a checkout time of 11am and will not let you stay to eat lunch without paying $$. We have been coming to Cozumel for 20 years and have never had that happen. The snorkeling is great but I can snorkel by and stay somewhere else.

We’ve stayed here before and they set the benchmark for all inclusive’s! This time was even better!! Best waitstaff and staff of anywhere we’ve stayed which covers 20 Caribbean all inclusive’s. The food is over the top, the staff is second to none, the snorkeling is the best, and the property is amazing!

We’ve stayed here before and they set the benchmark for all inclusive’s! This time was even better!! Best waitstaff and staff of anywhere we’ve stayed which covers 20 Caribbean all inclusive’s. The food is over the top, the staff is second to none, the snorkeling is the best, and the property is amazing!

The Westin is always our top choice in Cozumel. Quiet with an excellent spot for snorkeling right from the beach area. Staff is always super friendly. During the hurricane they made sure everyone was safe. Maybe a little early on making people move to a central spot but they did their best. Suggestions if that happened again would be to have some fans for airflow and noise to block the sound of some people snoring. The only thing that would make this hotel perfect would be a pickleball or tennis court. We look forward to more stays with them.
