The staff at the front desk were very freindly. The room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The 24/7 coffee and tea were nice touch didnt have to wait for breakfast when we were ready for coffee!

This was the first time staying there that I had a street side room . There was a bit of road noise .
The room was very warm & I had to turn the air conditioner on but it was still a but warm.
I was in the shower the first day at 9:00 when they came to make up the room. I left for the day at 10:15 and they never came back to make the beds or pick up the towels .The hospitality staff is wonderful . Especially Creston at the front desk. He is so helpful and so informative with anything you want to know about the area , he really goes the extra mile.

Someone left the alarm set for 5:20am then at 6:45 the fire alarm went off. I have stayed here numerous times never a problem.

Took my mom to the beach and stayed here for a night. Nice hotel, not far from where we were going. Rooms were nice, good sized bathroom. Decent breakfast. Overall, good stay!

The room was exceptionally clean. I was impressed with how clean the bathroom was as I know it can be the worst part of a hotel room.

After a few days on the road we were pleasantly surprised by the Tru by Hilton. The staff was wonderful, it was very clean, smelled good and was reasonably priced. Free breakfast and parking were also bonuses. 10/10 would stay again

No one was at the desk for a while when we arrived at 2 a.m. when the man did show up, he told us he had already checked us in. He was rude and short with us. The next morning when we tried to buy a drink the employee was outside smoking and we had to wait again. Beds are so uncomfortable and the air conditioning felt wet.

Easy from check in to check out! Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The television was big enough to actually see. We normally stay in resorts and are often picky about accommodations, and have zero complaints about our stay here.

My family stayed at the Hilton Tru Mt Pleasant the week of Oct 3. Upon arrival the sweet check in lady had a smile, explained our policies and gave us snacks for the room. Every time I went does stairs, she was smiling. Gym was nice and wonderful breakfast before we hit the road. Would stay there again

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I believe one of the ladies that were up front named Brianna was such a sweet young lady and very helpful. There wasn't much room/space in our room. There was no closet space or anywhere to hang multiple family members clothing and no cabinets with drawers to put our items. We were there for a wedding for a few days so it was very tight space. We had to leave everything in our luggage. We enjoyed the entertainment area and there was a extra large area to sit and relax!! I think the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had!!
