Location is excellent. Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is reasonably comfortable and bathroom is good. The rates we paid were very high, whereas there were hardly any amenities. Only shampoo and no soap or shower liquid. Small soap for sink with no replacement during our 5 day stay. No microwave or toaster in the apartment. No tea or coffee replacement. Minor things but they do add for comfort when you have paid so much. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

Perfect stay in Vienna. Large space with many amenities. Close to the sights. Staff was great.

I liked the closeness to the city center, many restaurants around and it felt safe

This was the second time we stayed at this property. First stay was great .We went back for the second time ,unfortunately,there’s a large construction work right next to the building (particularly outside our window ) there were 4 large skips by the hotel building .Uploading as well as loading up and all the bricks along with large machines. I spoke with this issue with the staff,they said it’d be finished by 5 PM.It went on from 7 AM.it was too much .I am fully aware that the noise has nothing to do with the hotel but it would be fair if the hotel can inform their guess in advance regarding this matter.It wasn’t cheap to stay at this apartment. All the staff however,really friendly. Shame about the mega noise right outside the apartment building.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception was very welcoming, the property was clean and the rooms were big, the location was the highlight, it was 5 mins walk to St Stephens Square. We walked to the Opera house, Hofburg palace, and even Belvedere palace. The metro is also 5 mins away if you don’t like walking as much. Dining options were phenomenal. I absolutely recommend this place. Lastly, this place has a working AC if you are coming during the summer months.

We had a great time

Very nice property, well maintained, and very clean. The room was much larger than a hotel room, extremely comfortable, with comfy king bed, nice seating area and eating nook. The AC worked very well during extreme hot days, with over 34*C and kept the apartment very comfortable. The location it’s perfect, in 3’ walking distance to Stephanplatz and a convenient grocery store in couple of minutes walk. I recommend this aparthotel and would stay again if visiting Vienna.

I stayed in the classic apartment. The whole space was clean and included a kitchenette. There was no noise from other guests, and though there was a little noise in the evening from nearby pubs, it was not enough to disturb me. The front desk staff were great and facilitated my travel to and from the airport. The one peculiarity was that my room was cleaned every other day. Perhaps I was supposed to hang a placard on the door indicating the room was ready for cleaning? However, since the room was well equipped, this did not present a problem for me. The hotel's location is convenient - just a 4-5 minute walk to the center of the city.

This property is right in the center of the city and walkable to any site or transport. We walked to CAT train to the airport with all of our luggage with no problem (15 minutes). Huge space with espresso machine, fridge, and clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Cafes /bar/ restaurants just around the corners.

Very convenient and very accessible wether attractions or dining options, very polite and helpful staff , ask for a microwave for my special needs child since my reservations has no microwave, I was upgraded to a room with kitchen and microwave when we arrived, I really appreciate all they help and assistance to my family, Best place to stay when in Vienna , I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Vienna.

This was a great location in Vienna. Our room was nice and spacious. Coukd use some minor updating...our bathroom door was hard to close and the bed was ok but coukd have used a matress pad maybe? All minor things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Central location within easy walking distance of many attractions. Clean comfortable apartment with good kitchen facilities. We used the onsite parking which was convenient but a bit pricey. Would definitely stay here again.
