Convenient location close to airport, hotel offered free airport transport as part of our room rate. "Ok" if all you want is a room / shower / pool for a few hours before (or after) a flight.

Resort a bit dated, way too many children in the pool area, food in the envy restaurant was mediocre at best. I expected more from a so called 5 star hotel.

This place looks like a nice bunker for people who are afraid of exploring the island. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The pool and gardens look very nice and the resort is clean but there is non-stop background pop music being played by the outdoor pool which doesn't make it a relaxing place. Bedrooms are spacious and clean but you hear everything that happens outside your room (people walking by, talking, kids playing, people pushing/pulling a cart,...). So again, not relaxing. Last but not least, I ordered food delivered to my room twice (dinner and breakfast) and the food was either bad or very average. I was expecting much better from this type of resort. If management could find a way to create some "quiet areas" and also reduce the noise outside of the rooms it would make a big difference.

We love our room 6102, it’s huge, clean and the most important thing is the AC works properly.
There were odd situation when the radio suddenly would turn on at around 2-3 in the morning. It’s odd but nah probably it’s timer. Someone needs to turn off the timer.

Just the best place to have a family holiday. I went there with family for my 40th birthday and I have zero complaints to make. Everyone was just so lovely, the food was exceptional, the swim up bar was awesome, the general cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was above amazing.
We enjoyed our stay so much, when we come back, we will not go anywhere else, period!

Just the best place to have a family holiday. I went there with family for my 40th birthday and I have zero complaints to make. Everyone was just so lovely, the food was exceptional, the swim up bar was awesome, the general cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was above amazing.
We enjoyed our stay so much, when we come back, we will not go anywhere else, period!

We had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Resort. The service and the staff were excellent. It was just refreshing the pride and care each person took doing their job. The property overall is beautiful and ambiance was just awesome. I definitely recommend staying here, you won't regret...

The Best resort I’ve stayed at in bali the staff are lovely , there’s plenty of daily activities for the kids to enjoy and the hotel is well maintained and clean we had buffet breakfast daily which was included with our room we had a kids suite , and happy hour in the pool every arvo at 4pm 2 for 1 cocktails

- Rooms need an upgrade, as our family room had an unpleasant old smell, which made it difficult to sleep. Unsure if the smell originated from the air conditioning vent or elsewhere.
Envy restaurant was good, breakfast buffet was mid and personally don’t think it was worth the money. Overall, a decent place to stay if you have an upcoming flight and want to be close to the airport.

Found the room to be very small for the price. The toilet and shower area only had a shower curtain that separated that area from the sleeping area and the main curtain to the balcony was about 10cm too short which allowed the light from the courtyard to illuminate the room at night.

I thought the rooms were good. We liked the kids beds with the nautical theme. A little dirty still and room cleaning team never cleared out old cups etc so we had dirty glasses in room for days.

A beautiful resort, right at the ocean, with a nice breeye and very good air. Extremely helpful staff. Also very good: the complimentary shuttle from and to the airport. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to go any place in Indonesia - a few nights at this resort will get you pleasantly over your jet-lag
