From reception to Parking zone is an nightmare, very louzy design and path, people need to hand carry the heavy luggage onto an unstable ground, cann't imagine the situsation once under an heavy rain.

Modern hotel, about a fifteen-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Würzburg. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. Parking was easy in the complex behind the hotel. We also used their excellent gym, which was nicely equipped. The area was quiet with great views of the hills.

Modern hotel, about a fifteen-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Würzburg. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. Parking was easy in the complex behind the hotel. We also used their excellent gym, which was nicely equipped. The area was quiet with great views of the hills.

Worst hotel experience - only stayed 10 minutes. Didn't want to check in, but was charged anyway. Rat poison boxes around the hotel. The restaurant was closed due to "lack of staff" (mid week). Charged for breakfast the next morning even tough we left the day before and asked the reception to cancel it because the restaurant was closed.

We had a lots of problems with WIFI and INTERNET connection since we were from the USA. Also the room always felt very humid/wet. Husband is blind so therefore the showerarea was also not safe very slippery because when you shower to much steamy air which stays for a long time in the room

The parking situation is fantastic with a large multilevel parking compound right next to the hotel building.
The hotel itself is new, clean, very functional, and nicely designed. We were lucky both in terms of staff interactions and breakfast served. Both excellent.
And you can take a walk to the Würzburg Residence to see the magnificent gardens there. And from there it's already very close to the cathedral.

Typical tourist and business hotel, not geared to longer stays or family vacations. Windows are not openable, and doors to toilet and shower don’t fully close, so limited privacy, unfortunately.

Nice business hotel but all staff were very rude - especially during check in. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station, so I would only bother recommending this hotel if you are going to be constantly using the train station. Rooms were small but well equipped. TV was useless.

This is a nice, modern hotel in Wurzburg. In hindsight, I wish it would've been a tad closer to the train station -- it was a bit far to haul luggage by foot.
The hotel is very nice and modern. Our main discomfort was that we were unable to cool down our room when it was warm outside, and the only bedsheet provided was a heavy comforter with no lighter sheets (this seems to be common in Europe). And then the hotel was cramped -- I ended up flooding the bathroom floor because the door didn't fully seal.
Overall a nice hotel, but I wish it would've been a little more centrally located and had a better option to stay cool.

As both a gold member with Hotels.com, and Marriott Bonvoy, the service at the reception is really lacking, and not up to any good standard and this is unfortunately not a single occurrence it has happened on every stay I have had at this hotel.

We had a great time. A bit long walking to the city but was okay. We had an accident with the babycrib bc it is of metal. That is not good for children. Our little 10 month baby stod up and fell and hit his month on the metal and started bleeding from the Mount. Please Change baby cribs for future Safety for other babies. This was also adresses to the reception join check out.
The older man working at the breakfast buffet in the morning is a superstar. So welcoming and so kind. He was always very attention to our needs and you could see how he put a smile on other guests face also. A great host.
