Decent for the price but wouldn't stay again. Marketed a bit deceitfully as in downtown Chattanooga so we thought like city center/historic areas....its no where near any of that. Lots of road noise off the highway. The free breakfast looked pretty gross, didn't even bother with it. The hotel has a very odd and unpleasant odor. I assume because many rooms including ours have kitchettes....but no ventilation. There was not a vent hood for the stove in our toom nor was there a vent fan in the bathroom. I have no idea how they can not have any ventilation for the showers and not have mold issues....maybe that accounts for the smell partially?
The listing was also misleading in that it stated our king suite slept 4 but it didn't specify how. So the kids got to sleep on the couch. No sofa bed, the actual couch. So overall....Meh. Decent for what it was but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was nice and close to shopping and dinning. It has been recently renovated but they skipped replacing some items such as the bathtub and pool area.

The 2 bedroom suite was absolutely so comfortable for four adults. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Would definitely stay at a Staybridge again.

Check in/out staff was so friendly! Everything was perfect except ONE thing. The pull out couch sofa bed was very old and worn/deformed. It did not bother us so much because it was for my two kids (4 and 6) but it is definitely not appropriate for an adult. This place was AMAZING i just think that one improvement is necessary. Really fantastic hotel!

The evening staff did a fantastic job to help address a concern we had with our original room. He was able to get us another unit in timely fashion. Really pulled through to make us feel comfortable.
But the area is just loud and not preferred for bringing younger kids around the area.

We spent the night after surgery. The rooms are spacious and clean. Easy to check in and out. The breakfast has plenty of choices. We had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area.

Front desk service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the indoor pool was not heated as advertised. Our room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. checkout was easy and convenient. A great stay!

The location is far from downtown and other tourist spots and there isn’t much difference in price per night. Indoor pool was disappointing. Very cold, water too salty for kids and there was a group who was very loud so we left. They need to maintain that area.
