Sign at road was missing. Our tv in living room area never worked. No one answered front desk phone when I called to report this. Bed was hard and kind of uncomfortable Overall it was fine but not nice.

We had ordered to have a crib in the room 3 weeks prior to our arrival. When we arrived, I called down to the office to ask if they would bring the crib up, to which I was informed, the wheel on it broke so none were available. We drove 4 hours to be there, and had I been emailed that a crib was no longer available, I would have brought our pack and play but I was not notified. Therefore, I had to go out and purchase another pack and play, putting me out 90$, so that my babe would sleep safely. Despite being told by the office member to “just surround her with pillows.” Sorry but I’m not compromising my child’s safety because yall refused to update your customers on what yall had available. Her service was the worst part of it.

The pool water was very dirty looking. The staff was nice, but seemed confused at times on what they needed to be doing. We did have an incident on our second night but we got refunded for that. Overall the stay wasn't bad for the cost.

customer who checked in immediately before me paid significantly less for a king suite than i paid through hotels.com for a king room. why did hotels.com not have the cheapest room? I was there for a funeral and i was not happy that you caused me to pay more than another customer for the same day.

All Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was fresh. Hot items were hot. Cold items were cold. The room could have been more clean. Some of the linens were thread bare. The black out curtains removed all light. The ac worked well. Bed was comfy. Halls were quiet. The hot tub was nice. The pool was too cold to swim in. Would stay here again.

1. Key card did not always work efficiently
2. Bathtub was EXTREMELY slick making highly dangerous when showering
3. Shower curtain rod was loose on both ends causing the shower curtain to ONLY cover the middle of the tub causing the floor to become extremely wet at the faucet end of the tub this making the floor slippery

Front desk lady acted like she didn’t know the answer to a question. She said I needed to put in my card (note I already paid online) and I said is it going to charge me because I don’t have no money in my card because I already paid, she said I don’t know. Like how do you not know the answer to that. If it’s for security purpose like for deposit or something then just say that don’t just say I don’t know. Like you work there you should know I’m sure you have to tell customers all the time the reason.
