Very good hotel. Service was great. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection.

A bit dated. Good value for money but not clean. Mold in the corners of the shower.

Wouldn’t stay again. Hallways not been vacced for a long time, pillows like rocks, and very loud due to being directly opposite a dual carriageway.
Breakfast was lovely, staff pleasant.

Greated woth very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the setting within the bar/restaurant area. Would highly recommend this hotel

The property looks modern and clean. The additional parking charge felt a bit of a cheap shot when you are a staying customer, not just there for a drink or using the facilities. The plus room didn’t feel much different to the standard room I’ve stayed in the past. But it is a good hotel.

Good hotel and convenient for the office but basic for the price. Housekeeping not being offered as part of the service was a vote loser for me, but on the other hand, the staff and service levels were excellent, and there was a lot of good quality choices for breakfast.

Food was very poor - dinner and breakfast (not replenishment on the cereals / fruits in the pot not fresh) / Caesar salad at night very poor.
Staff at reception very poor and slow / poor customer experience. Overall very disappointed for an expensive stay.

The staff, bar area and room were excellent. However the bed was the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on, at one point in the night I was convinced the floor maybe softer. I achieved about 2 hours of sleep on the mattress and woke up in pain.

Stay in general was ok. Quiet and overall cleanliness seemed good.
But we ordered room service which took an hour for just a salad and fish n chips. When it can it was cold, the chips were soggy and the fish wasn’t cooked properly £57 for the two meals and one drink!!!!. The trays were then left outside our room all night until we checked out which shouldn’t really happen for a small hotel. Breakfast however, was surprisingly good in terms of options with lovely tea selection.

The hardest bed ever!! I ache all over. Duvet didn't fit the bed so made it impossible for 2 people to be covered at the same time. Took 3 visits to reception to gain entry into the room due to faulty card. Room was very basic. The hotel lacked any atmosphere at all. Corridors needed hoovering.

Great modern hotel, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was a good standard however drinks were on the pricey side.
Only whinge was that the tv in our room was rubbish. Only about 10 channels on it and no smart compatibility.
Other than that, fab. Would definitely use again.
