Apartments were excellent value, very well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Pool area was very good and the staff were also helpful and friendly.

It was a little out of town but fine for arriving back to the hotel after a days work. I could find a bar to have a beer as the lounge area was a bit to formal for my liking to sit and chill out.

I stayed there for 2 weeks. Overall the stay was nice. The reception was very friendly although they did not speak much english. The free Wi-Fi was horrible, but you could buy a much much better connection for 5EUR per day, which was excellent.
The apartment it self was fine. The beds weren't the best but there were 2 AC in the apartment, along with the most basic kitchen equipment. I wished there would have been more things like knifes to cut with, cutting boards and things like that, but overall we managed.
Cleanliness was good although they don't provide you with soap, toilet brush or any kind of washing material for the kitchen.

At check in neither of the credit card machines were working so a phone call was made and my card details were given to a third party to process which was not very professional. We were given apartment number 410 but when we arrived there was a maintenance man there carrying out some work. After a quick phone call to his superiors he was told to leave. It was then I noticed we had been given a double bed when we had requested two singles. I went back to reception and after further phone calls we were allocated apartment 230 which had single beds but not the pool view which I had paid for. Having carried up all our bags our key did not work so I had to trek all the way back to reception again with all my bags. The receptionist accompanied us back to the apartment, verified that our key did not in fact work and used a master key to gain access. He told us the maintenance guy would be over to sort it when he was finished his lunch! It was quite possibly the WORST check in I have ever experienced. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable although it took a while for the central heating to get going. We stayed two nights and on the second night there was a very loud party going on in the apartment above which was disturbing as we had to get up early the following day to catch a ferry. I tried calling reception on 3 occasions from midnight to 2.00am but even though it says there is reception services 24/7 nobody answered. When checking out I was told the phone did not work!

we went there because of the rate and that was an apartment not a normal hotel room. They have one person in front desk and there is always a line of people claiming of something. The Internet service is almost null and they charge for parking which they haven't swept for years. They did not make the room. It's is the first hotel I know that has no coffee free or paid...
