Realy fantastic pools and great rooms. Only issue for me was the mattress quality. The beds are for foreigners extremely hard. It’s like sleeping on the floor… no quality mattress. Checked and it was from Spring Air, which is known to be the bottom of the line cheap mattress. Does not reflect the quality of the Maxwell good experience I did enjoy.

Everything was great the only issue we had was its by a busy street so there was a lot of noise especially at night.

The pool / rooftop are stunning and offer incredible views of the surrounding areas and sunset. The building is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The unit itself was very spacious, well kept, and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the AC in our unit broke the last night we were there which made it an uncomfortable night.

Maxwell SoHo is a beautiful suite hotel. The views are breathtaking. The staff is friendly. Here’s the issues, the entry to your suite is a journey. Multiple elevators to move to, with a card, but you have a code to get into your room. The elevator was down two different days, one was evening that delayed us getting into our place for two hours. The hotel seems to still need time to clear out bumps. Once they do it will be excellent.

Our one-bedroom suite was perfect for the three of us, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer in the kitchen. The pool area is outstanding, offering incredible views, especially at sunset. However, my only complaint is that the music at the pool was excessively loud all day long, making it difficult to relax. Although the music shut off at 7 PM, the volume during the day was so overwhelming that we ended up avoiding the pool area altogether during daytime hours.

This was an amazing find in the zona romántica just a short walk from all the fabulous restaurants and nightlife. Brand new facilities and a huge gym which was incredible - loads of machines. We loved seeing the sunset from the massive rooftop and hung out around the pool for hours! Modern and clean well def be back

The property was new and very nice. The check in was cumbersome, as they are mot onsite. Communication was not clear on housekeeping. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. Easy walk downtown.

Gorgeous building and pool area. The prettiest I’ve ever seen! Our one bedroom two bath condo was incredible. Very modern.
Elevators were very confusing, especially to get to the pool. Our sliding door to the pool elevator would not lock properly. The pool was not heated while we were there which is fine if you just want to enjoy the sun and the bar on the rooftop. The building entrance is just feet away from the highway which can be dangerous. It’s very loud from the room as well.
Not the most friendly or helpful people at the front desk. They just ignore you as they’re watching very loud videos on their phones.
This resort has so much potential but it’s not quite there yet. Looks like luxury but does not feel like it.
