It is currently 12:55pm and I have music blastin thru my walls. Room smells like fried food. They could not switch rooms, apparently sold out.

Smooth check in and free underground parking which were great. Overall our room was clean except for the bed. There were short hair and some dirt? on the bed sheet…quite disappointed and was also shocked but we were only there to sleep for one night. We arrived late and we needed to check out early so we just cleaned that up ourselves.

The parking arrangements for free parking are with another company. We received a voucher to park. We ran into a problem with voucher not working. We had been told by staff to pay for parking in this even and we would be refunded. Well, we are one month later and still no refund. Apparently the refund is in process now after we followed up with both parties. The customer service needs improvement. One month later, and still waiting for a refund. We did filll out required paperwork and left receipt . The parking company and Marriott staff need to improve their communication on the process and expedite the refund.

Tried to cancel my reservation a few days in advance. Was told it was non refundable and I had to eat the cost of a reservation l couldn’t get to. I will never use Expedia or Marriot again unless I am comped a room of my choice in the future or receive some serious discounts.

I love this hotel a lot. It is clean and convenient for dining and shopping, and it is an excellent experience when you have a little one with you to take the subway to downtown Montreal.

We had the king size bed room with a pull out sofa bed. Room was nice and clean when we arrived. Sound proofing could be better as we could hear loud engine revving outside our window and other units when they slam their door. Overall we still enjoyed our stay and would consider again when revisiting Montreal.
