The food was fantastic, really outstanding in its variety. I have gluten and nightshade intolerance, which is rough in Turkey, and even so, there was incredible variety that I could eat. I'd go back just for the food, haute cuisine buffet style! The grounds were beautiful and the service excellent. I stayed in a very small room ("executive single") but the price was great to stay in such a nice place. I also loved the outdoor thermal pool. I look forward to returning.

**The Best Family Hotel in Çeşme/Ilıca**
From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding.
The hotel has its own private beach with crystal-clear water and excellent service.
The menu offers reasonable prices with generous portions.
I imagine it gets quite crowded during the high season, but our stay in October was absolutely perfect—no crowds, no stress over finding the best sun spots.
The rooms are clean and modern, and the location is close to the center, making it easy to find great restaurants. Even after check-out, we could stay at the hotel and use the spa facilities to change.
Breakfast had a great selection, though it’s a shame that some guests take too much and a lot gets wasted.
There’s plenty of parking available. We will definitely return during the same period and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. Simply amazing!

**The Best Family Hotel in Çeşme/Ilıca**

This was our 3rd back to back years. The quality over the years drastically reduced, fewer member of the staff, housekeeping who constantly gossip about us out-loud, a safe couldn’t fix in a 5 day stay and a mini bar person who enters the room as he please. When I stayed here 3 years ago my experience was ‘wow’ now just an average hotel. Won’t be coming back next year. Thanks to the bakery chef who accommodate my daughter’s allergens, spa staff and Musa from the beach

Recommend this spa hotel. Clean, service is good, staff are helpful, food is good. Primarily local Turkish visitors, which created a nice local vibe.

I can’t really complain about the property. I do enjoy my time here, especially beach and the spa. Only major disappointment was check-in, this time staying at the property. They don’t recognize VIP gold member status. At check-in Bert, Bircan and Selin who is customer care service doesn’t understand the extra VIP perks. It was recognize before at my stay here but this time around check in agents at the front desk doesn’t know much about it. Only one check in agent Gokhan was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, if you are an VIP Gold member with Expedia, don’t except to get the extra perks here. Good thing, they do have wonderful beach and spa with Narti that makes me want come back here. Beach staff is wonderful as well or else I would tried other resort that gives respect to VIP perks.

We love this property, me and husband been coming to this property more 5 yrs. We tried to visit twice a year. Beach is excellent and the seating area is perfect for us. You don’t have to wake up early to grab a beach spot, lots of choices. I use the spa about 3-4 times and I highly recommend Narti. She does excellent Turkish bath and deep tissues massage. If you decided to visit, make sure you make your appt with Narti, you won’t be disappointed. Especially, if you have stressful job in New York City. We will definitely come back. This is definitely my spot in cesme. Plus, it’s close to the marine. Thank you 🙏 to the staff. They go above and beyond to make your vacation enjoyable .

Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). However, Büşra was very nice at the restaurant.
Friday morning food was disappointing, but over the weekend was nice.
Additionally, the weekend experience was marred by neighboring guests smoking, causing discomfort. The online dinner reservation hiccup was frustrating, with the resort's unaccommodating stance and lack of assistance leaving a negative impression. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, such as the location and view, contributed to an overall decent experience.

Excellent resort, we love it here. It’s our 4th time coming and always a Pleasant place to stay. Customer Service is above and beyond, thanks to emrah always pleasant service. I use the spa couple of times, Narti is the best for deep tissue massage and Turkish Hamam. We will definitely come back.

Staff was very hospitable and nice. Facility was very clean. Food was delicious . The beach was amazing and relaxing. Overall this resort was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay here 👍 would highly recommend! Thank you to Chef Enes and staff for everything!

The beach and sea were beautiful.
It was bad that the guests in the rooms were disturbing each other with noise, and no solution was produced when asked for help from the reception.
Parking place is not enough you may have to park outside hotel, they will "suggest" you to park outside and wont solve this either.
The food was generally good, but the last dinner I got chicken poisoning and the reception again just said "we will pass it on". Again, they did not come up with a solution, never expect a solution when you go to this hotel, you have to come up with your own solution.
SPA is very successful, dear Narti creates miracles in medical massage.

The only thing in my opinion this resort was lacking was entertainment, like any kind of night club dancing with live music or even DJ sort of music.

Very nice hotel and good spa. The beach area looks amazing but it rained so we missed out on it.
The staff needs some improvement - check in was ok and when we tried to eat at hotel for dinner (a la carte not buffet), 5 women were standing and chatting and after 10 minutes of waiting to be attended we left to eat elsewhere. The breakfast buffet next morning was tasty though and overall hotel good but not worth the high price
