Nice place to stay when you’re going to Venice, near the bus stop and big grocery store. Accommodating staff, clean room, good breakfast. We will recommend this place and will stay again when we come back to Venice.

We booked last minute for a 1 night pre-cruise arrival, replacing a booking at a location which has had an outbreak of bed bugs. We paid €43 for 4 people, 4 carry in bags, 2 checked bags, 2 backpacks, and a laptop shoulder bag to reach the hotel from VCE. The airport shuttle would have been €60, so I am glad we declined. We had to stay in 2 separate rooms due to no quads available, which we knew in advance. The rooms were on the same floor but on separate corridors. We were allowed to leave the large bags downstairs in order not to carry them up, no elevator. We were offered a simple breakfast for €7 each, which I thought was high. Taxi to the cruise terminal the following day was €42. In total for airport transfer, overnight, and cruise transfer without breakfast, we paid about €250. This hotel is a much better value for couples or solo travellers rather than a family, but service was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was a nice, cozy hotel with super helpful staff. They guided us on how to buy tickets to public transportation and showed us the closest bus stops, in addition to selling bus tickets to Venice center (3e for a round trip). Only minus was that our room was really small and that the room didn't have a proper trash can or a fridge, but that's probably something that money can buy :-) Overall, a great choice for a budget traveller! Hotel also had a nice garden in front of the entrance and they offer breakfast for the price of 6e/person. There was also a large and cheap supermarket right around the corner!

As 2 female girls, we enjoyed our stay. Provided basic needs, it has air con and the bathroom was good.

Hotel is in a quiet district near a supermarket and tram and bus services. Staff were friendly and helpful and sold bus tickets. Breakfast was good.

A good location near the bus and train. Very easy to get into Venice. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds of Venice. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was simple but comfortable with enough room for luggage. The bed was good but the pillows were quite firm. There was a lovely garden out front to sit and enjoy breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety with delicious homemade cakes and great coffee. We stayed five days and really enjoyed ourselves.

About 10 minutes from the main centre using the line 6 bus, which is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, the rooms was very clean and moderns with nice views, garden was a beautiful setting, elegant and romantic with a mini waterfall outdoor tables and electronic automatic gates on entrance so its very secure and private will 100% recommend to anyone

The fittings were great and the receptionist was warm making the short stay a pleasant one. I'd love to stay there again.

Amazing little family run hotel. I loved every minute of my stay over 4 nights. Clean (tiny room but I loved it), great breakfast selection. Staff are fabulous...
