This is our first choice for staying in Saitama. The hotel is just a few steps from Saitama Shintoshin station with check-in on the 5th floor. Our stay was a couple of months before COVID restrictions were lifted and we were pleased with everything. The front staff helped us with several issues. The hotel restaurant was pricey, but there is a Royal Host "family restaurant" across the walkway where you can get a reasonable Western or Japanese meal. Every other kind of restaurants and shopping close by at Cocoon mall. The rooms are small but clean. We came from overseas and unfortunately there was no longer an ON-Liner bus from Narita Airport to the station area, but we got there by train quickly with luggage on the Keisei Skyliner with a change at Nippori.

Very near to the railway station. Modern Reception with ipad to assist your check in. The receptionist is nice and helpful. The single room is a bit small that can't fully open the 26" luggage pack, but the room is tidy and clean. The breakfast is good with lots of choices.

It has big bathroom for Japanese standard hotel and shower pressure was good. Breakfast had many selections and it was flavorful. Many Japanese dishes as well, almost as good as staying Ryokan. Staffs were helpful and kind.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan to attend a Kygo concert conveniently located next door at the Saitama Super Arena. The hotel was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, and the staff incredibly polite.
