Great location for business and leisure activities. Within walking distance of metro stations and 15 minute walk to busy tourist areas. But the hotel itself is very quiet.

My family and I are so grateful that we stayed a The Kitano Hotel. This hotel was conveniently located next to the Imperial Palace and the Tokyo Garden Terrace. Don’t be fooled by the size of the hotel from the exterior. The lobby was grand and beautifully designed. The courtyard was 8 floors high with serene bamboo plants growing extremely high up. The service was exceptional with staff always greeting you will a smile. We traveled with 2 children and they were always so accommodating. This will definitely be on our list of hotels when we visit Tokyo again.

This hotel was lovely, our room was amazing and big! We loved the rooftop bar (although it had been raining so we wasn't able to sit outside). The only downside is there are only 3 restaurants in the immediate vacinity but regardless I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were always available when we had questions and when we needed assistance. Hotel was recently completely renovated so it was sparkling clean and well maintained. The hotel is boutique size and our room was spacious. We chose to have a light dinner in the rooftop bar and grill one evening. It was delightful! Outdoor seating was an option but it was a bit chilly so we chose to eat indoors and still had a beautiful view. Food and cocktails were perfect. Daily room cleaning and evening turn down were carefully done. I will choose to return to this hotel for our next trip to Tokyo.

Excellent location in a quieter location near the Imperial Palace in the center of Tokyo.
Hotel rooms are large and very clean. Staff are very welcoming, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended

Asked for a room change and were given a really quiet, nice room on top floor. Staff was very professional, and friendly. Both rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Area was quiet at night, but only 10-15 minute walk to lively night life. Transit statsteps from hotel and good coffee shop a couple doors away.
