We need to get our card keys changed twice as they didn’t work. The sound proofing in our room, 216, was non existent! People above us were having sex and it sounded like they were in our room. Went to use the shower and there was no soap. Needed to go to the desk downstairs to get some.

Cleanliness was great. I was surprised that there was no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower; no shelf or anything. Also, the top hinge came apart on the cabinet door that hid the mini-fridge and it was pretty heavy to hold up while getting into the fridge. Other than that, I enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff were friendly & professional.

We were there for bike week. 10 minutes away from venue. Clean. Staff was nice. And very chill. Rained for a day and they let us chill inside in lounge wt anther 30 people. Will go back again.

I liked the convenience of everything in walking distance from the hotel. I didn't like the smells in the room, and the a.c. filters in unit were filthy. I had rinse them out in shower. And the bathroom was small with a small toilet.

I liked that we could do a late check out (even if it was only an hour late) and that we could just drop our room keys in a box when leaving.

The employees were nice, parking lot sketchy, dont go near water because of bees, breakfast was terrible. Didnt use pool. Parking was tough.

The place is located downtown which was quite lovely. The hotel was good enough for sleeping near our family. Room was not cleaned one day, had to go to front desk for clean towels.
Breakfast was ok. I personally did not like the bacon or sausage.
Bagels were available, cereal and waffles.

Waited to check in, no one around to check us in. Room wasn't clean. It was extremely noise-y, between the doors slamming, people arguing like they were in the room with us, motorcycles screaming by all night.

Our bathroom shower door would not stay closed. The breakfast was not the greatest and you had to go to the front desk to get towels and they gave you dish towels!
