A great place to stay, great rooms meals and staff, will stay again

Hotel was just ok for what we needed.
It’s quite run down and in need of a good renovation.
Service of rooms was pathetic. All we received was clean towels and bed was made. There was no cleaning whatsoever.
Had a great beach. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment but noticed there weren’t many lounge chairs around the outdoor pool.

The whole experience was amazing. The only negative was that there was a heap of water damage along the wall outside the shower.

Great location close to Vasse, between Busselton and Dunsborough right on Geograph Bay with direct beach access. Generally the property is looking a bit dated but the 90m2 apartment with balcony is still a nice place to relax after a day’s adventure. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet offering was the worst I’ve ever had and really let the place down.

Fair bit of maintenance going on which is understandable for this time of year. Room was discounted as a result. Room was clean, didn’t use the facilities.

The gardens are beautiful & the beach access very close by however as far as the amenities were concerned- the pool was closed, the sauna under repair & none of the room phones working. The Wait staff were amazing but unfortunately the restaurant food was disappointing. So a mixed bag

We were unable to get fresh milk to make a cup of tea in the room. Longlife milk is only option.
Reception told us to go to the nearest shop to buy some.

Sauna, gym, squash courts and outdoor pools all closed. Reflections cafe also closed, no room Service available and phones not working.
Also had broken cupboards in kitchen of apartment, and room was not cleaned correctly upon arrival (food behind couch, champagne cork on gound, ice holder in freezer broken). Neighbours where quite noisy also.
Tv control wouldnt work, wifi terrible. We were unable to use the tv due to these issues.

It is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. Saddly the restaurant staff were slow, unprofessional and seemed unqualified for the task. Our room wasnt ready to checkin for a few hours leaving not only us but others waiting aswell.

This place was fine.. but caters for large groups. It is a little dated and difficult to locate things internally, as there are no signs up.

I found the stay noisy as you can hear vehicles and people through the night. The ensuite was not suitable as light floods into the bedroom when someone uses the bathroom . Overall though the setting and location is very good.

Very disappointed no power to our both night when we got how for 2hours

House phone never worked so had go down to reception and ask for held
Had also go to the restaurant and order our room service dinner again because no working phone
