The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to parks, beach, nice restaurants and shopping areas. The checkin process was smooth, room is clean, breakfast was nicely presented. We got upgraded to a city view room!

Staff name Beatrice at the front reception was very helpful
The big issues to us was the bed size (it wasn’t a queen) was very hard to have a good sleep at night
It was not working for my family and we couldn’t separate the kids either for other room

Thank you to William and Beatriz who provided exceptional customer service. The hotel was close to everything in Miraflores. We loved the rooftop pool, the view and water was extremely warm and temperature was perfect. Amazing stay and place!
