Ladies at check in were very helpful, they even replaced the remote for the TV which was not working when we got into the room. Room itself did not appear to be well vacuumed as one of my dogs kept finding stuff on the floor to try to eat. The area behind the toilet was not clean, silicone areas (at the seams, and the joint between the tub and granite) in the shower had mold. Couch needs repaired, there were sections split at the seams or frayed material. Carpet at the door entry to the room is coming loose/frayed. All of that was not a deal-breaker as the price was reasonable for the night, however in the morning as I’m taking the dogs to go outside one of the other rooms on our hallway had a guest that was smoking/vaping marijuana/THC causing the hallway to smell enough to make me nauseous. When my husband spoke to the front desk the man behind the counter’s only response was to state that weed is legal in New Mexico and that he could maybe attempt to try to figure out who it was but nothing really he could do about it. My husband pointed out again that it was a non-smoking hotel with little response from the front desk. An apology, or some sort of acknowledgment would have been nice.

Easy access from I40. Checkin staff made a mistake on my reservation and corrected their mistake but it took time. Hotel is worn. Needs a facelift. Room was clean, elevators and common areas not so clean.

the receptionist was not friendly and acted rude with no smile at all. Of the 11 different hotels my wife and I stayed in over 12 days; this hotel had the worst staff; not helpful and rude.

We love the spacious rooms and they were comfortable. We also like this area. The only suggestion we have was for our particular room, as comfortable as it was and fairly clean, the walls need a good wash down.

The layout was a little awkward with the sleeper sofa on the opposite side with the tv ajacent to it. But otherwise it was a nice overnight stay. We had family to see. The area was quiet. You can hear the train going through. Most of the area of the parking lot is well lit. This location is our favorite for breakfast. Even though it was almost 9, there was more food brought out when more of us showed up. At first we were told no more food will be served, so it was great that we didn't have to go out and eat. Our room was missing some coffee cups but it somehow worked out that we just decided to have some downstairs. Loved the tea options as well. Also the shower chair worked out great for us. However, for an accommodation room the beds should be lower for safety. Like I said it worked out for us though.

Check-in was horrible, front desk person was rude and unfriendly. Internet service was down from checking to the following morning. My be the reason why the front desk person was rude - still that's not right. I hope it improve, we'll try again next visit. Might consider getting another internet provider - I know there was a major outage going on, but most other business in town had available internet service.

It was an alright hotel. I've stayed in it 2x over the last 6 months and the room this time was a little lower than average but the one before was fine. One struggle this time was thr AC would intermittently blow hot air. It was probably 95 outside and it really struggled to keep the room cool until overnight.

The noise from outside was ridiculous all night long. The room was really shabby, carpet and furniture were dirty and beat up. The couch and chair were visible dirty. The bathroom had water damage. The beds were ok, but pillows are tiny and they didn’t have extras even at front desk for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was the most ridiculous and uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen. For the price, I expected better.
