Enjoyed our stay. Excellent location for our particular needs. All amenities were close by and easily accesible.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was convenient to have a good breakfast there before going out for the day. It was quiet and and peaceful, which I appreciated.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy! Room STANK! Think it was the A/C. We even bought Febreeze and sprayed the room & the A/C filter. Didn’t help. Not even a coffee pot! TV couldn’t hold picture for 30 seconds without pixelating. Breakfast was hideous. Powdered sausage gravy mix. No eggs ever. Dry Cereal old & nasty.

Overall the property was surprisingly pleasant. Neat and convenient. Property lost zest at the morning breakfast. It’s hard to mess up scrambled eggs but they did. Other selections not much better.

Breakfast does not last the hours they say and the eggs, sausage gravy with biscuits are terrible. Need to work on their breakfast. Facilities were good and clean comfortable beds.

The only thing I would like to say the breakfast was not very good. Biscuits were very hard. All in all a great place to stay.

The place smelled so bad like mildew, the air conditioner was so loud even on we got absolutely NO sleep. I will not stay again.

Online it says there is a pool. I asked the attendant at the front desk and she stated they haven’t had a pool for 2-3 years. The phone in the room didn’t work. The tv kept glitching and had lines going through it in different spots and different times. The beds are uncomfortable.

Our room had worn carpet that hadn't been cleaned well, evidenced by candy that I found on the floor in the middle of the two queen beds. AC worked well. Wifi was very slow. We could get about 5 TV stations, despite them having cable and a long printed list of channels. Breakfast was your basic premade wrapped muffins, cereal, yogurt, and make your own waffles, but still nice to have especially with hungry kids. We only booked here because they allow pets and it's only an extra $20. But in all honesty there is no way this mediocre hotel is worth the money they are charging. Also, we didn't mind, but they don't have daily housekeeping. Staff was polite.

I tried to work this out with both hotels.com and Wyndham (hotels.com, after being transferred to and chatting with numerous people promised a response in 72 hours, and did not deliver). Since it was not resolved with the actual company, I feel compelled to leave a review to let everyone know this place is absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the pillow (not just a little, but it was covered on both sides - like it had been dropped on a filthy floor and put back on the bed), there was an unidentifiable substance splattered all over the wall, disgusting filthy buildup, and dust everywhere. It smelled and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for who knows how long. On the website it advertised daily housekeeping, but a handmade sign inside of the hotel said that daily housekeeping was not available. For $155, I expected cleanliness at the very least, especially since hotel cleanliness standards have had to improve since the pandemic. Extremely disappointed that no one took responsibility for the deplorable conditions and tried to make this right.

smoke alarm went off 3 am in the morning due to low battery. nobody at the front desk to fix it. found out refrigerator doesn't work either. this property is a joke. last time i stayed there the toilet was clogged and they still gave me the room - doesn't anyone check if the room is clean? took a shower only to find someone else's hair floating around the tub.

The front desk clerk was a sweet, young lady and very helpful. The property was quiet and peaceful and up- to-date. It was only 10-15inutes from the Lake of the Ozarks. I would stay there, again.
