No complaints at all. Our room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. The guys were polite and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The Garnett Hotel lived up to my expectations. I had a single room with shared bathroom. The room was small but adequate, and I was aware that I was not booking the penthouse suite.
What stood out was the friendliness of the hosts. They did everything that was necessary to make my (1 night) stay a comfortable one, and the breakfast was exceptional if you are into a Full English with all the trimmings.
I know Blackpool isn’t the most expensive resort in the UK, but in all honesty I thought the Garnett was outstanding value for money. Highly recommended

Only overnight stay. Check in was 12 which I found really useful. Comfortable room. 5 minute walk from railway station and close to north pier. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money

Didn’t go hungry at all. The bar was cheap and got to speak with the owners who are excellent hosts. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Just around the corner from funny girls and the best bars in town. Will be back.

Ideal location for North Pier and winter gardens. Noisy seagulls!
Polite/attentive owners. Good breakfast.
Rooms a bit dated and need a deep clean. Some nice little touches Like dressing gowns etc. Cheap and cheerful.

Paid Expedia in full, but the hotel didn't have my booking.
Owners were rude and totally unhelpful.
Just kept saying, we won't get paid, so it's not our problem.
Couldnt get through to Expedia, so I had to go to another hotel, and have received no refund or apology - very poor service from both Expedia and the hotel owners.
Would never consider the Garnett again.

Absolutely great location and service from the hosts.
Bathroom could have been cleaner and in a better condition.
Breakfast absolutely excellent.
Overall our stay was great value for our trip in a great location to train station and Winter Gardens but let down a little by the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Was staying with a friend for a festival had a twin room great location from Blackpool sea front local to all amenities , a little tricky for parking but understandable for summer season, but later told by the owners of an app to download for parking, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help definitely service with a smile, breakfast was included and tbh couldn’t go wrong especially for the price, room was a little small but what more do you want as we was only there to get ready go out and sleep would return again, great hosts x

Fabulous place to stay, Owners were fantastic and we felt very welcome. Comfy and warm room. Didn’t stay for breakfast as we opted for a lie in, but my vegan diet was happily catered for.
No bad words to say at all, would definitely return. Super hospitable and welcoming.

Really nice staff, lovely breakfast and comfy bed. What let it down was the standards of cleanliness especially in the bathroom and the fact that there was no hot water in the morning.

Great welcome room ready when we arrived at 12:30. Very clean and a great breakfast. Will definitely visit again
