checked in early 6:00pm, just got the room key then went to pick up guest at the airport 3hrs flight delay ....got back
to the room and there was someone sleeping in my room ....the worst ! could have been really bad ! they gave me a new room .....still charged me ...but they did give me a apple and orange ...this placed is so bad

I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 30 years, I came here for the hot tub," I need it for my leg" it was out of order, I asked to relocate me, they refuse to do that because I booked through Expedia.
I called Expedia they said it was okay to move as long the management will let me go.
They refuse to do that.

The hotel was a 100 out of 100. The most impressive customer service I’ve ever had. Best hotel for the price I paid! Will definitely be booking with Hilton for all my travels!

They were rude about our service dog. They over charged us and still hasn’t fixed it. Double charge on $3.19 and made up $16.81. My husband has called serval time. They tried to fix. Then man in acccount recharged a third time. They don’t have any manners at all when it comes to service dogs. I would not stay there because the staff is rude Tina is the only nice one there to deal with. But don’t give them money for partial payment in full.

We did not get the rooms we reserved, we reserved 2 rooms , both were to have 2 queen beds . we were told they only have 2 rooms with each having only one king bed

Very nice hotel and very clean. Service was extremely friendly at check-in and every time we walk through the lobby. There were two different weddings during our stay but the common areas of the hotel were obvious kept clean and welcoming for non-wedding goers.
The only issue I had was our bathroom sink and bathtub were very slow to drain water.
