Just one part of a mini state trip very comfortable in the right part of town where I wanted to be enjoyed it very much beautifully landscaped and in good shape

We have been staying at the breezy palms since the mid 80's. It is our favorite place in the keys! In all those years we have never been able to get the Deluxe Cottage because it such a unique room and is always booked. We booked based on the fact that it had a queen sleeper in the living room on their website, and we had 2 adult couples coming down and wanted separate sleeping quarters. We were saddened to find out it did not. Went to office to inquire and was told all they could do was give us a rollaway bed. I replied we can figure it out but how about a little compensation for the trouble. They replied no. I feel bad giving them less than a perfect review because we love this place. Word to the wise, call ahead call ahead to verify rooms before booking or you may not get what you think you're getting as they are renovating and some of the room listings are not updated. We did make do by moving one mattress into the living room for our stay. I guess I was looking for a little more we're sorry. We'll be back but verifying first.

The property grounds was awesome, the pool was always nice and warm. They have marina to either dock your boat. The view from the beach is spectacular. The room we had is clean and comfy for our family. The resort is close bynto any keys. If you are looking for a nice beach you will need to drive about 40mins to Sobrero beach.The staff were nice and friendly.

I booked this room for a quick trip from miami. Wasn’t sure what I was getting with the deluxe cottage. I looked around the website and still wasn’t quite quite sure. When we finally showed up, it turned out. I had an entire building to myself, which was amazing. The beds were comfortable having a full-size fridge and kitchen made it possible to not have to eat out. The patio balcony faced the ocean so I was able to get have coffee and enjoy the sunrise.

The hotel is your typical keys hotel, on the water, pool, nothing crazy fancy. We got a second floor room, clean and big. Sunday was great, Monday and Tuesday we were stuck next to a room being renovated. Hammer drills, banging and constant noise from 730am on. We left a night early due to this. With that aside, staff was extremely nice, very welcoming and sweet. I would absolutely stay here again!

The bathtub is filthy and in desperate need of replacement also the water doesn’t drain well.
When we arrived at the property the beach access was filled with seaweed and there was a smell in the air of rotting fish…this isn’t necessarily the “fault” of the resort but definitely something to be aware of when booking
