The place is not the best but like they say you get what you pay for. This was a family trip to celebrate my birthday and my uncle’s wedding anniversary. As a gift they wanted a JBL portable speaker so I bought it for them. The night that we arrived I place the speaker in the closet of the room so I can give it to them on their anniversary day little did I know that the house keeping already had his eyes on it. So the day came and I went to get the speaker and it was gone I look everywhere but I didn’t find it. Si I decided to tell the front desk that the speaker is gone from my room they told that they were not able to do anything at the moment but they will let their manager know the following day. The next morning I went to talk to the manager and she said that they are not responsible for lost missing items in the room. When the only person who entered the room besides my family was the house keeping guy. After I spoke with the manager she admitted that she’s been having problems with this person but she doesn’t do anything about it she let him work at the hotel probably stealing other people’s belongings. After we had the conversation she promise that she was going to make it right before our trip was over but th day she was supposed to give me a solution she didn’t show up for work and left me a message with the front desk lady saying that she was sorry and that she was going to be in contact with me to get this matter resolved. if you want to feel safe stay away.

No daily housekeeping stayed 3nights. Only One outlet in the room. Paid for a queen got a full, no queens available in the hotel per front desk. Breakfast is a joke you can only choose from their daily selection and everything else is additional even milk for coffee. Killed two roaches in the room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the building is old, so expect cracks and dirt and some rusty faucets and repairs needed. The breakfast was good, but very slow service, so expect to be there for a while. Only one thing more to say: there is a rooftop bar right behind the hotel, so expect noise all night every night. If you can sleep through it, the beds are comfy. If you can't, try and find a hotel a couple blocks away from the center of town.

There were only three towels in each room for five people, there was only sheets on the bed and no blankets, there was no window glass in the bathroom window. so it was impossible to secure the room. The old lock on our door on the inside was completely broken. There is a nightclub on the building just outside our door and it played till 3 AM so we couldn’t sleep. The continental breakfast was only one option which ended up being good but there was no choice so I’m not sure how you can call it continental. The staff was the best part they were very sweet. If it wasn’t for them, I would give this property and 0. I think you should rewrite the description, because if anybody wants sleep at all before 2 AM, you should not stay here. I honestly don’t think that this property needs to be removed from the options but it should definitely not be the price it is it is not worth it and the description should at least say no blankets and the room should be secure.!!!

STAY AWAY! Cockroaches were in our room the day we arrived and more after housekeeping swept the first round away. Pool smelled of urine and no staff can speak English. We left and went to another resort which was the best thing we did. DO NOT STAY HERE!
