A perfect hotel. Helpful friendly staff; everything you could wish for in your room; excellent facilities. Delicious and varied breakfast. Great location, too. Would love to go back.

This was a very nice hotel in ravello. It’s so nice that i ended up staying another night. Enjoyed just laying by the pool and relaxing.

We were very dissatisfied with our stay for several reasons. Firstly, we were charged 25 euros for parking our car, which we were not informed about in advance. When we spoke with Rosia about not being notified of this parking fee, she was extremely disrespectful and insisted that we had to pay.
Additionally, we did not make it to breakfast because they close at 10am. To make matters worse, there was no available space for us in the pool.
Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, and we will not be returning.

One of our favourite hotels on a 14 day trip around Italy! Beautiful hotel and conveniently located (once you get up the hill from Amalfi). Absolutely recommend!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days and we can’t stop talking about how much we enjoyed it! The property is gorgeous inside and out. It was very peaceful, and the staff was kind and helpful in assisting us with arranging transportation. We cannot wait to return one day! (Want to gatekeep the beautiful town of Ravello and the Giordano, but they are too wonderful not to share)

What a beautiful place to stay! Close to everything ravello has to offer and fantastic parking onsite made everything easier. I only wish we had been there closer to.summer to use the pool! The staff are super helpful and the place is stunning!

Hotel Giordano was certainly a traditional hotel which differed from our previous accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and treated well with any request. I thought the room would be noisy (it was right behind the elevator) but in truth we slept well.
Ravello is a pricey area so don't expect Hotel Giordano to be cheap but at least their service matches the price.
We would happily stay here again if we return.

In the heart of Ravello, a truly beautiful spot on the Amalfi coast. The hotel is quiet, older, expensive but a quality place and time well spent. if you are ok with the price you will be very happy here. The staff is great.

Overall a great choicce for Ravello. Pros: The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool area is lovely with a bar that opens in the afternoons for drinks and snacks. Hotel Giordao is located just off the central square and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included and there is a nice choice of pastries and savory food. Cons: There is no view from the hotel other than of the pool. Some Ravello hotels have views of the sea to die for. The furniture is dated, but has charm. The breakfast staff is not very attentive and one lady seemed annoyed at my requests for coffee. Overall lovely and I would return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but may want to specify where to buy bus tickets when recommending it for travel. Grounds are beautiful. Our room was very tiny and the shower is claustrophobic, but it got the job done. We had a cute terrace. Close to everything you need in ravello.

I had a pleasant stay. From check-in until I checked-out, and anything i need in between including transportation and places to visit. Their breakfast was sooooo goood and so fresh. It wasn’t the ordinary continental breakfast. Everyone was very nice. Definitely worth staying.
