I have stayed several times at this hotel as it is convenient for the area, facilities are ok but hospitality staff and training need to be improved starting with the management / admin staff that use the breakfast area every morning without any acknowledgement of the paying guests supplementing their salary - a simple smile and hello goes a long way! It is unlikely I will be staying again due to an incident where I was sick (food poisoning) on day of checking out, while checking out and waiting for taxi, I asked for a bottled water, which resulted in reception manager giving a bunch of excuses. I walked away, there will be no future business from me or my clients!! Phnom Penh now has so many choices.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, but do seem to rigidly follow odd rules. For example , there was almost no one in the hotel in the off season, July, yet when we went to play ping pong by then pool we were promptly informed that there was a limit of 20 mins on the table. We didnt intend to play longer than that but they did seem to have a lot of these mildly annoying rules

No pick up service though I requested. They are making excuses for this and not trying to find the reasons why there was no service as a result.

Hard to so shower because of low water pressure. I stayed on the 21 foloor and didn't supply enough water on the bathroom, The hotel must improve this problem to stay Great Hotel. All is wonderful except for water pressure

An excellent hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Everything about the hotel was good, including the cleanliness of the rooms, the lobby, the pool, the corridors etc. The street and nearby streets could have been cleaner; we chose to walk to the various sites and to find restaurants, but there were plenty of tuk tuks available if we had chosen to use them. Breakfast was a generous buffet, with Western and Eastern options, but the croissants didn't taste fresh.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, hotel very well presented and very calming, the sky bar itself the food and staff were amazing, very happy with our stay, and will always come back if we touch down in Cambodia. The not so good part was the pool maintainance, the deck chairs needs fixing, some chairs are missing parts of its legs, the mirrors around the bottom of pool area must be cleaned more often, other than that everything else is very good. We like prices, happy hours and very fresh products on Roof restaurant, including nice view. Two very good restaurants right across of street Cons Medium size rooms with one cloth closet only. We could not unpack two luggage’s of clothing, needed for our 24 days stay. Breakfast for this type of hotel is totally unacceptable. Quite a simple menu, i.e. cold buffet table only with one type of the cheese and one cold cut of meat balls during all 24 days of our stay. From our travel experience, comparable hotels have much better and wider selection. Positive side is again very fresh products used. This hotel is a building(s) only, no other property, i.e. garden. Neutral Medium size pool with crystal clear water, and about 20 seats, compressed with three walls adjacent buildings, frequently “visited” by pigeons.

Would say all facilities are good except for the pool area which has lots of pigeons around with bird droppings around the edges and in pool (could be easily managed with good cleaning and prevention techniques), so did not want to go swimming. Never tried the spa or sauna but looked like a good setup.

We had a room on the 19th floor and often the lifts were full so had to wait for a lift with space. Main issue was the shower in our room as we could not get hot water. The solution from the hotel was to run the sink and bath tap as well as the shower and wait about 10 minutes for the water to heat up! The room was lovely and spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. Breakfast was good.
