Great place to relax

My family loved this hotel and location! It was comfortable and clean. We wanted to visit downtown Covington and it was a few minutes away, which was convenient! Definitely would stay here again!

On our way through we stopped for a night. We had been traveling out of town for a week and I wanted a good nights sleep. The staff checking us in was wonderful. Our room was beautiful and clean. The door to the room about took us out it was so heavy but we were exhausted. lol. This was one night so we didn’t use the room to its full potential. We booked for a good nights sleep and free breakfast. Come 7am there was shouting, loud beeping, and screaming. Mind you we were on the 5th floor. The construction next door is ROUGH!!! We couldn’t go back to sleep so we went to breakfast at 7:50 (ends at 9). The older women serving was incredibly rude. She snapped at my daughter after asking her if she wanted cereal then ignoring her and continued to clean the cereal machine. My daughter was waiting and when i checked on her the women snapped at the both of us. Trying to tell me that my daughter said nothing (mind you I was there when she asked her). She slammed her stuff down and threw a fit making comments. The turkey sausage (not a fan but ya get what ya get) was cold, I mean like still frozen in the middle cold! The eggs were burnt AND cold. Now they had sandwiches with one left. My oldest tried a bite and spit it out and her favorite email is breakfast she’s 16 and said it was absolutely disgusting. The cheerios my 9 year old got were stale. She didn’t complain but was making faces and I tried them GROSS!!! This could have been better.

I celebrated my daughter's sweet 16th birthday in Covington Georgia and we stayed here at your property at the Marriott it was a very very very beautiful very very clean room and the amenities were amazing the bed was so comfortable with the white down comforter and the juicy feather pillows and I liked how the TV could move from the soap sectional sofa to the bed the hot water you never ran out of hot water it was just a beautiful delight and a treat the only thing that we did not like was the breakfast but other than that I give it five stars will definitely be back when we're in town if you're a vampire Diaries fan I would definitely recommend staying here perfect location thank you Marriott

My husband and I stayed here while we were visiting some of our family nearby, and our stay was excellent!! :-) The staff members were very welcoming, friendly, and eager to answer our questions and help us. This especially meant a lot to us as we had to make accommodations for my leg, since I tore my meniscus prior to our stay and had to use a wheelchair/rollator to get around. I remember telling my husband a couple of times during our stay that the staff members really seem to enjoy their jobs—it clearly showed. The breakfast was really good, as well—there were always hot options, such as eggs and sausage, and we especially enjoyed the pearl sugar Belgian waffles that we had over the weekend part of our stay. It looked like a new hotel, too. Our room, which was a suite and had a king sized bed, worked well for us, even with my rollator being used to get around in it and the shower chair that we brought with us for the shower. After staying here, I can’t see why we’d stay at any other hotel in the area. Everything was great, and we really appreciate the kindness of the staff members to us during our stay. :-)

This hotel is clean. The room is spacious. The bed is very hard. There is a blinking light in the room so it doesn’t get dark. The staff is helpful. The food is okay. If you need clean and spacious it’s great for families. Good pool. A strong recommendation for a good stay. The separate kitchen area is well stocked for items needed.

Awesome property

The room itself was very beautiful with a fabulous view. However, the sheets had clearly not been cleaned and has some disturbing things on them. I had to request new sheets (which came promptly) however I had to redress the bed myself which tainted my stay at this hotel.

Awesome property

We were in town for the vampire diaries convention and this hotel was the bomb! Very clean and a friendly staff! We will be back in December for another con :)
