The room we booked was not cleaned and upon advising the receptionist she upgraded to the next level. We felt so bkessed and grateful to her as we had travelled for a while to get there and had an early start the next day. Great customer service and problem solving on the spot. She was lovely and kind, respectful and took responsibility. Not alot of people do these days. What a gem.

The apt was v good- looks recently renovated. Bathroom new finish was excellent. The original building is dated n we were located on the second floor had many steps to get to it. But once in there on the balcony looking at the sea n view , all is forgotten.
Kitchenette had everything needed to cook a meal.
Parking under the building in allocated space. A little squeezy if car next door doesn’t park in their space

Lovely quiet spot, with superb views over Victor Harbor. We loved that we could walk 2 minutes for a meal. Perfect getaway for us and excellent rates.

When my husband checked in the room he was given was excellent then the airconditioning didn't work and they moved us to a room that was in significantly poorer condition. Laminate bubbings up from kitchen cabinets ect. I have a history in the hotel industry and was not impressed, usually if you inconvenience a guest you upgrade them not down grade and the property was far from booked out. Whilst they give you plenty of shower gel not providing a shower cap or having one available for purchase was also very annoying.
