Awakened by fire alarm at about 12:30 am. Unable to reach desk. Alarmed for about 5 minutes. Finally reached desk after getting dressed. False alarm. Took 2 hours to get back to sleep.

My overall experience here at the candlewood has been amazing, no problems whatsoever and the staff are overly generous and friendly, they have accommodated everything I needed

In town for a weekend of Braves games. Friendly front dest staff, clean and quiet room. Walking distance to several places to eat and a target. Safe neighborhood, and easy Lyft/uber to The Battery.

I’m not pleased because I booked this hotel precisely because they included ev charging among their amenities. I paid extra over other hotels because I needed this. When I arrived, I found that none of them worked. This is a very important feature for those of us who have EVs. Please don’t advertise it if you don’t have it or it doesn’t work. Very disappointed.

The hotel checked no one in until 45 minutes after what they said was the check-in time - which was an hour after what Hotels.com said was the check-in time. When we finally got a room, there was a man in the bed watching TV. We left.

Excellent property to stay at. Kitchenette in rooms makes it wonderful to prepare meals and save money on eating out. Clean rooms. Excellent staff. Was a perfect stay. Recommend 100.

Checkin on Wednesday started at 4. Although it shows 3 on Expedia. The next day people were cheching in at 3. I guess it just depends on staffing. Every day i had to go.to front desk to reset my door key. There is no quiet business office to do any work.

In town for Philly vs Atlanta game. 4 th trip. Best by $ , comfort, location to field .. Of course it’s not the Westin.. but we learned this is what we need and we will stay there again.. They gave us a connection for a ride back and forth to the game .. extra time at the Battery! Awesome service!

Not a good experience! Nothing at the hotel was complimentary not even a cup of water. You even had to pay for the coffee you made downstairs. Refrigerator didn’t work and I couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water. Probably won’t be booking again.

The hotel HVAC was so cold outside the room and the HVAC in the room could not be turned off and took forever to adjust temperature of room.
